I got the 1800 in delivery two days ago. After fully charged, l ran the clothing ion, 55" television and a 10k-BTUs air conditioner. I needed the 1800 so that I can run a table saw and a miter saw in remote places. It will also be a life saver if there's a power outage. Thanks Vtoman for a great product that we will grow to depend on. So far so good definitely 5 stars.

I bought a jump 1500 in February this…

I bought a jump 1500 in February this year. This was bought from the official website and as I stated the company had found my order. It has burnt out which has happened to lots of people. They responded saying they have found my order and will send a return label. Received nothing and now will not respond to emails. It has a 2 year warranty. So item is useless and I can’t get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Vtoman won't deliver to N.Ireland (part of the UK) but advertise they deliver to the UK

I bought a Vtoman on Ebay at £488 as it stated they would deliver to the UK. They then cancelled saying they could not deliver to N.Ireland (part of the UK) so I went to their website and went to place an order.

It accepted orders to the UK but when I input my N.Ireland postcode (which as I say is part of the UK), their system rejected it saying they could not deliver.

If Vtoman are unable to deliver to this part of the UK then it should not advertise as such.

I'm already a customer of theirs and had a Vtoman Flashspeed delivered to my home address here in N.Ireland less than a year ago.

I have emailed them but they just ignore my contact.

I tried calling and texting and no one gets back to you. Your product is amazing. There needs to be better communication on the exact delivery date. I was willing to pay for 2 day delivery. I used it all night for my CPAP machine and it only lost 10% of the charge.

DO NOT buy from this company , had less than six months ( used 4-5 times ) now not charging etc , reading online it’s a common occurrence … and also reading online they don’t honour the warranty £550 down the drain honestly avoid buying from this company do google and Facebook searches on the problems with them

I ordered VTOMAN Jump 1800 Power Station + Solar Panel from them. The warranty is still valid. The device broke down, no feedback from them. It's been over 2 weeks now. No response at all. They are just scammers!

I like the power station I have flash…

I like the power station I have flash speed 1500 and the extra battery but I have a problem with the extra battery charging and just draining fast. I have contacted eBay vtoman official page where I bought the extra battery from and I have emailed them 3 times no reply very bad after service wouldn't recommend because of this point
