I am new to VOIP technology. The technical support guy is really helpful. I love how my mobile phone is an extension to my "landline" meaning that I can still pick up a call if I'm out and about. The only thing I would say on the negative side is that the mobile apps are a little flaky. Otherwise so far a great experience.
