Had a problem with my hearing aids not powering on. the assistant helping me was very determined to try to get my problem resolved. she discussed the problems with her supervisor. they apologised for the inconvenience. and are replacing the hearing aids.They were commited to go the extra mile and stand behind their product. I purchased and used a pair of hearing aids here for $140. Small in-ear type. Had a hard edge sound and controls were much too small. Moved on to a $60 over-ear pair. Same hard edged sound, easier to control, but not quite right.
Then bought these over ear models in silver for $297. Better deisgned controls, stay in/on ear better, and sound much smoother. These are the ones.

Worked right out of the box. Easy to setup. Sound quality indoors is where they shine. I can hear my wife from across the room, I don’t miss the microwave beeping anymore, and I actually caught the punchline of a joke during game night last weekend. That might not sound like a big deal, but not feeling left out in group conversations again? Huge.

The case charges them up quickly and holds power for a while. I like that it uses USB-C—just makes things easier when I travel. I’ve taken them on a short weekend trip and didn’t have to worry about running out of juice.

Downsides? Sure. In louder environments—especially outdoors when it’s windy or we’re near a construction site—they get a little overwhelmed. It’s not unbearable, but you have to concentrate harder. Also, the tap-to-adjust feature is clever, but the touch sensitivity feels inconsistent. Sometimes I tap once and nothing happens, tap again and it jumps two levels. Not a dealbreaker, just takes patience.

One unexpected bonus is how discreet they are. My neighbor didn’t even realize I was wearing them until I told him. That really helped with my self-consciousness. I always thought hearing aids screamed “old,” but these feel more like a tool than a burden.

These hearing aids have helped my 89 year old dad a lot. He still doesn’t hear real well, but it’s much improved. One of the hearing aids arrived defective and would not take a charge, but customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement right away. Very easy to use and charge, just an on/off button and volume control on each hearing aid. He also says they are comfortable to wear with no squealing, two problems he’s had with other hearing aids. Highly recommend!

The price was good, easy to wear and operate.
They’re super small, almost like a pair of wireless earbuds, and once they’re in, I barely feel them. They’re lightweight enough that I forget they’re there half the time. I wear them mostly at home, but also when I go out for coffee with friends or to church on Sundays. The difference is night and day. I can actually follow conversations again without smiling and nodding my way through them, hoping I caught the gist.

The sound is clear and feels natural, not overly sharp or tinny like I feared. Even background sounds, like the fridge running or birds outside, come through in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I didn’t even realize how much I was missing until I could hear them again.

So far good. I can hear the TV much better.Its noise reduction effect is excellent, and it can effectively shield the surrounding noise, so that I can hear each other clearly in various environments. On the airplane, I can clearly hear the flight attendant's announcements and instructions; in the hotel, I can clearly hear the front desk's services and arrangements; in the attractions, I can clearly hear the tour guide's explanations and introductions. And it has a superb range, one charge can be used for a long time, and I don't have to worry about running out of power during the trip.

I recently purchased Vivtone hearing aids. At first, I was very satisfied with the purchase, but a few days later, I encountered a lot of feedback noise and squealing issues. I tried multiple times to solve the problem by adjusting the ear tips and the position inside my ear, but with little success. So, I contacted Vivtone customer service, and Romina answered the call. She suggested a solution, but she thought it would be best to return the product and send back the old one. I haven’t received the new product yet, but it has already been shipped. Now my hearing aids are working much better. Thank you, Romina, you were incredibly helpful.

Vivtone 508 hearing aids very well made. Excited to be able to hear.These hearing aids are high-quality products. Compared to the expensive ones I purchased through my doctor, the sound quality I hear is even better. But this product is just the beginning. I had some questions and was very interested in upgrading. I sent them a message, and Ina responded quickly. She was very professional and polite. We discussed my concerns and interests over email. Once my concerns were satisfactorily addressed, I knew I had a high-quality product, and Ina, as a representative, was clear about what her products were and what I could expect.

Ok just finished reading all the directions and put them in. They are great!! I can hear better than I did with the ones I paid over 2000.00 for! Been wearing hearing aides for 25 years. Very very happy with them and the price was amazing!

The aids are working fine. They are worth the money. That's what I'm looking for.
I had a very expensive set of Resound Quatro's. They may have had a few more bells and whistles (that I never used) but sounded no better than these to my ears. The expensive Quatro's only last 3 to five years before the batteries become useless and can't be changed. I think it's better to pay a fraction of the cost and buy replacements as needed greatly extending the operative time for the same or less money.

We received the Vivtone Hearing aids overnight. The packaging is excellent everything needed is all together in a box. They were easy to use Instructions were great However, I had to return them because they weren't right for my 96-year-old mother. Customer service was great. Shira solved our problems by recommending a different pair that was better for elders. The return process was easy Thanks

Loved Vivtone Xpure Hearing aids. I’ve had prescription hearing aids that expensive ten times what these did, but Xpuer worked just as good right out of the box. They are clear, work very well with phone calls and listening to music. I do get chirping out of the right ear when I go above a 12 setting on volume. The left ear does not do this. Otherwise I would recommend these as a good replacement for expensive $ 3-6K hearing aids. They work well.

In the years I've worked with various companies, it's rare to encounter one that leaves a positive service impression when issues arise, but Vivtone is not one of them. There are good reasons why they receive so many positive reviews. I needed to exchange the hearing aids I ordered because they were a bit too large for my ears. To my horror, I found out that I had missed the return deadline! I thought I had lost all my money. I had asked for some consideration due to delays caused by cancer treatment and surgery, but I didn't expect any compensation, as it was still my fault. I thought I had just lost my money, but then Ina stepped in. She offered me an exchange proposal to replace the hearing aids with better ones and even gave me a discount! Please believe, Vivtone can help anyone enjoy the precious experience of hearing what others—especially their loved ones—are saying. If you're still hesitant about which company to choose, choose Vivtone—you won't be disappointed!
