This company SUCKS

This company SUCKS! I bought one of there bikes on Facebook marketplace. The person I bought it from said the bike was too big for him. I ordered a rack for the bike and horn and light. I had to pay 45 dollars to receive 2 of the items from china. The other came from New Jersey. They never explained this when purchasing. If you are looking to buy a Bike STAY AWAY from this company! You have been warned. Customer service is terrible and everything is done over email which is a problem. Had I done more research I would’ve never purchased this product. I normally don’t get involved in things like this but people should not spend their hard earned money on something that is not worth it. Spend a little extra and get something that if you have an issue with you can actually talk to a customer service person.

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst! I've been trying to get a replacement battery gor my ebike for almost a month! They shipped the wrong battery twice. And trying to get the right battery seems to be a brain surgery! I'll NEVER buy any replacements from vivi EVER! Besides the fact they sent the wrong battery I have to pay the return fee mail.

I ordered more keys to lock battery in place b/c I misplaced the ones that came with it.

Hi, I bought an electric bike from Walmart over a year ago. Had a friend assemble it for me. Turned out it's way too heavy for me, so have been trying to sell it. It's supposed to be foldable, but the booklet doesn't tell how to fold it. I had 2 friends try to help me fold it, to no avail. So, I feel this not a good purchase for me. I hope I'll be able to sell it. And I think it should come with much better information. Thank you

The bike was ordered in december and…

The bike was ordered in december and came with a bent rim. I have been trying to get a replacement wheel and rim, but am told the replacement is coming and it never came. Customer service is horrible. I would not by a Vivi bike, Look elsewhere for ebike.

Difficult to deal with

Difficult to deal with, one email a day trying to resolve issue, was not resolved to my liking, have warned people against this company, why should I have to pay 80-150 to ship a bike back that I wanted to exchange for a different model, that I would also be paying more for. I would rather try to sell the one I have and buy from a different company that has descent customer service. Have already warned friends and family to spend a little more and buy anything but ViVi trash.
