I had high hopes, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience with Vitastir’s customer service. After I completed the required form to request Tirzepatide, I was asked to fill out the exact same form again the very next day. Then, I was charged twice.

I reached out through their online chat, and a representative assured me I’d receive a call back that same day after taking my phone number — that never happened. They also told me earlier that I would get a 20% discount available that day, which was also not applied.

In the couple of days I waited, I never spoke to a doctor or received any confirmation that my request was approved. I have no idea if anything has shipped or is going to at this present time. When someone finally did respond through email, they were short and dismissive, offering no further willingness to work with me or help me resolve anything and is saying I will be charged twice (and apparently get both months worth?) and won't received any discount now either.

At this point, I am requesting to cancel my subscription(s?). Sadly, if I can’t trust a company to communicate clearly, follow through on their word, or work with me in the least, I don’t feel comfortable doing business with them.

I cannot say enough about this company having had a bad experience with one of their competitors recently, this time I really did my research and read reviews. I decided to call the company first and see how the customer service was before deciding on them. While waiting on full to get someone to answer my call, they actually ran in on my second line, as somehow they realize I was trying to reach them and reached out. My agent was Hussein, and he honestly made my decision so easy. He was one of the best customer service agents. I have hand recently in any genre he offered every detail I asked about and even stayed on the phone with me as I did my order online, walking me through everything. This company held up their end in every way everything went perfectly, and my order was shipped so quickly I got it overnight from start to finish. It was three days. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are legit, the real deal. I gave them a 10 out of 10.

I ordered the NAD+ injection kit from Vitastir after reading about its energy and focus benefits. Shipping was super fast — it came with an ice pack and clear instructions. I really appreciated the customer service and how professional everything felt.

The first couple of injections didn’t make a huge difference, but after about a week, I started noticing more consistent energy throughout the day.
