I had a new roof on my conservatory in February. Once I had paid the customer service ceased to exist
Two of my conservatory windows have broken, of course it's nothing to do with them, although 2 different window fitters and a builder stating it is the weight of the roof settling. One window shattered within 2 weeks
They sent someone out who said he would order parts. When I followed this up, they lied and said that this was not true
I never received my compliance certificate and had to ask about this when I rang in April
They apparently contacted me direct in March?? A lie.
I am still waiting for the certificate, and for them to get back to me about parts for the window

Do not trust them. Go elsewhere. Another window company warned me about them, I wish I had listened !!!!!

They suggested that I hadn't responded to them to get the compliance certificate and forwarded the emails that they allegedly sent to me. They sent them to a wrong email address. Showed themselves to be incompetent !! Neither did they send the certificate in time as per the legislation

This is the second time I have used Visual. Twelve years ago to build my conservatory and recently to install a new roof. On both occasions they were very professional and friendly and did an extremely good job. I am so happy with the results and will have no hesitation in hiring them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Just has an orangery built by Visual! Can't praise them enough! Steve the salesman was helpful not pushy. He said it would take 5 weeks it was just over due to bad weather
They did everything start to finish Richard kept us informed every stage. It went like a dream.
All the workmen were pleasant and polite!
Don't normally write reviews but was so pleased with my orangery. Great company! Worth every penny!!

Visual provided me with a replacement conservatory and I couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a first class job from start to finish. They dismantled my old conservatory and removed it and erected my new one (all within a couple of days). I have no hesitation in recommending this business, and believe me, my standards are high.

We’ve used Visual twice: first in early 2024 to install three external doors plus large balcony bifolds with integral blinds, and last month to install another door and 20 windows, some very large, most tilt-and-turn with integral blinds. Great service and aftercare to deal with minor snags; every team member has been professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Spent nearly 30k with the company around a year ago for a 4x4 orangery/conservatory.
Had to call them 4 times for leak in roof which is very very annoying and didn't expect that to happen especially after spending that kind of money.
I have to say they turned up every time I reported the leak in roof but it should Not have happened in first place!
Avoid if you can!

replacement conservatory roof completed today, took just over a week and half from start to finish (inc clean up) can not fault a single thing. all the workmen have been fab, friendly, trustworthy, customer service has been amazing, every day i was informed who would be coming the next day and what time and they would be there. really amazing job.

We have been wanting to convert our conservatory to an extension with a roof since we moved into the property 9 years ago and have had a few quotes from various companies over the years. A friend recommended Visual to us and from the first sales visit we could tell they were different from all the other companies we had spoken to. John really listened to us and took the time to understand what we wanted, how we lived and to develop a proposal that really worked for us. We were so impressed we got a quote for our windows and front door at the same time. The quote came in competitively and within budget so we also took the opportunity to ask them to quote for installing a new window to provide additional light to a dark room.

The installation date was confirmed pretty quickly (within a few weeks) and the work in totality took 3-4 weeks as quoted. The process from start to finish was brilliant. There was a total of 11 people working on different elements of the build/work and each and every one of them was a pleasure to have around. They were polite, courteous, arrived on time and worked hard and the standard of work is fabulous. Richard in the office kept me well informed with daily calls and so I always knew what to expect and had a point of contact should I need it.

We are so pleased with the finished result and would definitely go to Visual again without hesitation if we move house and need more work doing. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the process was very professional. The design and advice was first class. The fitters worked extremely hard and completed the work quickly, and were informative about what they were doing. The electrical work and plastering was completed efficiently. The follow up service was also excellent and overall dealings with the company staff were smooth and straightforward. All queries and small changes were dealt with to our satisfaction.

Badly manufactured and fitted bi fold doors. The doors were initially very stiff to close but we were assured that they'd get easier with time, they did not. After opening the doors approx 10 times the locking handle broke off. I reported the fault 7 months ago. We're now on our 3rd replacement handle, the previous 2 broke off in the fitters hands! During their last visit we were informed that the locking mechanism had been installed upside down and 6 hinge screws were missing. The fitters left saying that they'd pop back with the screws..... that was a month ago. I can only assume that the screws are being manufactured by an artisan in a workshop somewhere due to their unique nature!
It clearly states on the company website that the customer should chase up information about the progress of complaints. THE ONUS IS ON YOU THE BUYER.
This is not the first time we have had issues with our conservatory. Unfortunately on the last occasion we had to resort to legal action to resolve the issue as the company stubbornly refused to accept their burden of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
