I order my Multifocal contact lenses…

I order my Multifocal contact lenses through Vision Pros ad hoc. When they have a discount code promotion, they’ve been the lowest price for me & have always been in stock, versus others. I’ve needed to call Customer Service a couple times & they’ve been very responsive, courteous & resolved my matter immediately. Candace

Ended up losing more money with their subscription plan, when you supposedly save more

When you subscribe for auto order/auto ship, they show you that your upcoming order will be the same price that you paid for your first order.
During a full year I would see that my next order would be “same x items for 120$” but I received an email that the order was placed & that I got charged 180$.
Now in the subscription page, it shows 180$ for the next one.
So they actually mislead new people with their first order.
If I hadn’t subscribed I would have been charged the same full price they charged me but minus the 20% discount promo they were running.

Would give zero starts if possible...

Would give zero starts if possible. Garbage nonexistent and customer service, refusal to do the singular job the site exists for; fulfill prescription lense orders correctly. Not only were they unbelievably slow to dispatch and deliver the order, it was completely wrong. They then proceeded to copy/paste replies for an entire email conversation whilst refusing to deal with the issue described. I received nonprescription lenses when I paid for prescription. They would like to now take the money and run whilst placing the blame on the customer for their incorrect order processing. Also the reviews on the website are fake, they are shown as 'testimonials' and there is no way for you as an actual customer to submit a review on their site regarding your order, thus they pick and chose the 'testimonials' in their favour.

Company misrepresents information; AVOID

Paid $14.99 for express shipping (1-2 business days). A week later and I still haven’t received my contacts. A number of emails later and they are refusing to at least reimburse the priority shipping. Terrible company with terrible service. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible service

I previously used CLC to order contacts and decided to give Vision Pros a try. It will be over two weeks (11 business days) until my order is fulfilled. My delivery location is in downtown Toronto and I usually received my order in 1-3 days from CLC. After I hadn't received a shipping notification within 3 business days after placing my order I contacted their support asking them to ship the item or cancel the order. They informed me that they don't stock the item I ordered (the stock of the item is hidden under product description drop down and not apparent anywhere else on the product page or the checkout process) and it would take 3-5 business days to receive the item from the supplier and an additional 1-3 days of shipping. They threatened to charge me a 10% restocking fee despite the fact their website says items that have not shipped are only subject to a 3% fee to recoup credit card fees so I did not cancel. I paid for priority delivery and the shipping label was created on a Monday. Delivery has been delayed for a full week and the reason for the delay listed on Canada Post website is "Item was received by Canada Post at a different location than expected.". This company has failed in every aspect, from website design (lack of clearly presented information about order fulfilment), customer service, and shipping. I cannot consciously recommend ordering from this company over its competitors.
