First. I was asked if I wanted refraction test. I said No. They did it anyway in order to charge me. I have 2 eyeglasses, one weak (daily use, one strong (for driving). When tested, I was told to wear the weak one, so obviously I would fail the eye test.
Finally, I never set up a future appointment, yet a year later, they text me about an appointment. I text back CANCEL and STOP. Days later, I get another appointment reminder. Ugh!
