I purchased a beautiful pear cut anniversary ring from Virabyani. They were responsive via messaging, and I was able to go to the studio to see the ring before I purchased it. Their packaging is gorgeous and everything about the transaction was seamless. I have had many people notice and compliment the ring- the best feeling!

Extremely unprofessional.
I tried to get my boyfriend earrings and they out the wrong address twice because the first box was empty. Yes we reached out to our credit card company after we received AN EMPTY BOX to keep them updated and us safe from a possible scam. Company only responded when we brought up Amex, never communicated on time. Petty and unprofessional.
Second package ALSO had the wrong address, we contacted FedEx and were told by them. No one’s trying to ruin your company, but your truth is not how things went down. Feel free to respond to this review as well CEO.
Amex said it was a temporary hold. Rightfully so after a purchase over 1000 dollars was carelessly packaged to the wrong customer and wrong addresses were put on the package.

Shipment was received without any jewelry inside the box, and they even shipped the empty box to the wrong address, said they had surveillance of the merchandise being packaged at their facility which we were later informed by Vahan the CEO that that information wasn’t true, they sent them with the wrong customer as they claim. After dealing with the seller, and American Express I was luckily able to save my $1,516 from these scammers. You can find cheaper CVD lab diamonds on other more reputable sources just off searching your specifications for the jewelry you want on google for hundreds less. Never expected this kind of unprofessional service from a BBB accredited business… very shady.

The ring was not engraved as requested (shown on the original order). Would not pay to have the engraving done locally, wanted me to take the ring back from my wife and mail it out.... Not a great conversation to have.

I am OVER THE MOON happy with my anniversary ring! Customer service was SO helpful in determining my correct ring size. They even sent me a ring sizer over night to determine the exact size needed. I received my ring a little more than a week later and it is absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely order from Virabyani again!

Wonderful experience, my wife and I we stay a little skeptical buying the rings online but once they were with delivered, we thought they were beautiful. I (groom) needed to get my ring resized, and it was easy to set up an appointment in their showroom. They took care of us with no problems. It was refreshing to do business with somebody in person after making a large purchase online. Great quality wedding bands and great customer service.

Beautiful ring, great service. To be honest, I was a little worried purchasing a wedding band online. Reviews were good so I gave it a go. Things couldn't have worked out better, fast service, good communication and most importantly, a beautiful ring. I will definitely buy from them again.

I’m so glad I chose this company to create my engagement ring, the turnout was unlike anything I could’ve imagined. This piece for the price is absolutely stunning..the compliments are endless & I cannot stop staring at my own hand.

In addition to the ring itself being perfect the customer service is highly exceptional. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong ring/setting. Made the call around 5pm & was reassured that whatever I needed to be changed could be done just as I desired! Seamless transition! They even went as far as sending an email with a preview of the design once completed to be sure I was satisfied with the finishing touches, needless to say I was! 🤣 I’m so grateful after months & months of searching hopelessly, terrified of making the wrong choice & potentially being scammed out of ridiculous amounts of money for no ring or a cheap piece of jewelry. I wish I could include a picture or a video because you’d have to see it to believe it. Thanks Virabyani 💖
