Simple and concise website, easy to understand. One little drawback was a sort of sneaky, easily mistaken question about covering half of something or other, don't recall exactly. Otherwise, would consider this company VIP for future rentals because making a reservation seemed straight forward.

The booking process is straightforward but it didn't give us the option for fully comprehensive insurance and we've only paid the reservation fee so don't know what the actual overall cost will be which is a bit annoying.
