I love Viome! For so many years, I've had "tummy" issues. I'm Celiac, so I don't think I've ever had a healthy gut. I would eat something healthy like a spinach and fruit smoothie and immediately regret it because I could literally see myself bloating and swelling. It was that dramatic. Now that I know what foods to eat, my entire body is so much "happier".

Viome Full Body Intelligence Test
I ordered the Viome Full Body Intelligence test online on 5/22/25 and received the test kit on 5/27/25. The required samples were relatively easy to collect and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I sent my blood, saliva, and stool samples in on June 3rd and received my test results on June 11th. The report that is provided is comprehensive and is stated in language that is easy to understand. I was given a list of all the organisms in my microbiome and a list of foods that will support the good organisms in my microbiome and a list of foods to avoid . Viome also recommended supplements to take which would support the health of my gut and oral microbiome. I placed my order for the supplements on June 18th but have not received my shipment as of July 5th. I am anxious to start the supplements and believe that they are targeted to improve my specific health needs.

After a month and a half on this…
After a month and a half on this protocol I can honestly say this works. I have had years of listening and trying advice from medical and concerned people with no avail. The 'one size fits all' approach to gut issues doesn't work. This relief from constant stomach and elimination issues did not happen overnight. I still get a twinge of heartburn every once in a while but 100% better. I would advice any one who is trying this method to be patient. It is well worth it. Thank you.

Part of my healthy Lifestyle
Viome is a part of my healthy lifestyle. Test results give excellent insight into what to do to take control of your biology. Customer service has been very good on occasions I have had issues.
Totally worth it. Ive tried their probiotics but never tried their vitamins due to some of the ingredients they use (not necessarily the best) but overall very good quality and company. Love it!
