No support for sellers

Sellers have to deal with fraud attempts and constant delivery issues from lost packages (and therefore lost money) to not working delivery labels.
You can't choose which delivery company you would like to use so be prepared for a lot of headache there as well.
Customer service is a joke and will simply close tickets instead of finding a solution.

I sold an item for £520 and shipped it via InPost through Vinted. A few days later, the app showed the item as posted, but there was no tracking movement. I contacted Vinted, and they told me delays can happen and to wait. Shortly after, they banned my account claiming my photos violated their rules — which they hadn’t previously mentioned.

I sent them screenshots proving everything, including their own confirmation that the item was posted. They unbanned me, but when I logged in, I was shocked to find they had manually cancelled the sale, refunded the buyer, and cleared my balance. I lost both the item and the £520.

It’s been over two weeks of back-and-forth, and all I get are vague replies telling me to “be patient” while they “investigate.”

This experience has been appalling. If you're selling valuable items, avoid Vinted. Their support system is broken, and sellers are left completely unprotected.

In general, it’s good!

I registered an account on Vinted around 2 years ago. At the beginning, there were many phishing messages, but it’s been improved and I haven’t received any fraudulent messages recently, and sold some stuff on Vinted successfully.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
My item was never delivered due to the delivery service's fault and is apparently being returned to me — but it’s been months with no update.
When I tried to contact customer service to ask how I could track the returning parcel, the chat was ended before I even had the chance to ask my question.
In the end, I lost my sweater and never received a refund. Absolutely unacceptable and truly horrible service!

Easy and fast

Easy and fast. I really like the shipping options and not too high fees. However the customers on this platform expect to pay way less than you list things for which is really annoying. Especially considering the actual going prices for certain things.

My experience using Vinted

I use Vinted a lot, mostly for my own Shopping and it is really nice, especially the Feature that Sellers can see when you've liked something and can then approach you or make an offer. I have recently started selling some of my old clothes there but currently I'm in the middle of my First sale, so lets hope that it all goes well, but I don't have any doubts that I'll get my items sold on vinted

be careful with Vinted.at online shop.
They investing a lot in advertisment but spare on service and dont provide customs
Support Service at all!
If something goes wrong you dont get any support as other online shops provide
Thrte is no any Live Chat or Telephone number or e-mail support at all!
Dont Sell expensive and rare things there!
I was happy member for two years.
Now it seems they changed some people there which not able to work with System.
There apeared such persons as Dmitro and Ivan .. and my bad story began.
On 28.02.2025 I sold one Item to the buyer from France .
DPD send it to Linz and the Packet stayed there for 3 days.
Then I got message from Vinte
that my Item was sent back to me.
But somebody forget to " press the right buttom" and the Packet travelled futher to France and was succesfully picked up in Pickup point Shop.
I wrote on Vinted several times...
The stupid service people was able only to sent me messages with excuses doing nothing! Nobody tried to stop transaction.
The buyer received his payment back too.
The end of the story
I didnt got the item back as promised.
I didnt got payment ( 220€ ) for it.
The happy Buyer got vintage Handbag from me and his Payment Vinted send him back!
Vinted service blamed me that it was my mistake
and thats All!

I dont wish anybody has the same horror time as I had
I got a lot of Stress , Lost Time , lost my Chloe Handbag and didnt get Money for it!

enma.collection is a scam

I just bought a ring at enma.collection and received a tie inside. When I went to ask the seller about it they got mad and said I scammed them even tho I showed prove I didn't receive the right order, I paid 17,29€ for it

I am a member with way more than 200 transactions, I have experienced quite a lot here, also unpleasant situations, this is inevitable. But Vinted always helped me out when I asked them for support or help. Keep up the good work!

What is important on the platform:
@sellers:
1. Be honest in the presentation of your articles. Truth will come out, either way! It's senseless to conceal a defect or a damage. Mention it, and you will spare both sides unnecessary trouble and efforts.
2. It should go without saying to give at least an answer if you receive an enquiry or if a customer has a question.

@buyers: Treat others with respect, this includes saying "please" and "thank you".
