"Unfortunately because you sent the package via usps, it has been returned to you. My address is in an unincorporated area that usps does not deliver to. Packages sent to my home address need to be sent by ups or fedex ground."

Scam?
Ordered a rug and was told it would be completed in 40-45 days. We're now approaching day 55. The majority of emails to customer service go unanswered. Every once in awhile someone emails back that they'll be in touch with information soon. When I call by phone, it tells me to email and then disconnects the call. When I type into the chat box on the webpage, it just spins for hours and then after an eternity an automated message says the order is still being processed. Soon I will be contacting VISA to report fraud and get refunded.

Samples OK, but I did not realize I was ordering them from Turkey, so I think that should be front and center on the website. I've ordered Travertine tile in the past that was quarried in Turkey, but the product was not shipped to me directly from Turkey; it was already in the company's warehouse in the USA. Aside from the samples taking longer to arrive than I anticipated (due to their coming from Turkey), the samples were sufficient for my needs, one had the corner broken off.
