I was a little skeptical about ordering from a company I hadn't heard about before, especially when the item wasn't inexpensive, but their price was attractive, so I took the plunge. I'm so glad I did! Shipping was fast and I got timely notifications all along the shipping process with a tracking number. They had tricked me to write a good review for them in order for me to do a return.
I had bought 2 set of Bose surround 700 speakers. I wasn’t satisfied with them. So i wanted to return both set of speakers back to them within the return grace period of their policy.
So i contacted them and got a hold of one of their reps. Everything was going smooth at first when we was discussing how i wasn’t satisfied with the speakers bc it sounded very weak and I can barely hear any surround sound come out of the speakers once it was hook up to my S900 sound bar. After he had found out that I was trying to return 2 sets of speakers back (one was for my living room and one “was” supposedly for my basement theater) , he started to get attitude with me and said “Geez!” as like im the problem. So he tell me to go ahead and keep one set because he didn’t want to take both back even tho their policy said we could return any item that we are not satisfied with. I felt bad so i kept a pair for the future for any small bedroom. It seem like he wanted me to write them a good review in order for me to return the product and he will pay for my shipping he said …so I wrote them a good review. so i didn’t think much, so i just wanted to help them out which is no problem…i didn’t mind at all. So i did. So after i had write them a good review, I started to pack up everything and made sure i had put everything back exactly how it was when i first received them. I had look and compare to my other brand new speakers still in the box that i hadn’t really unwrap yet just to see what all parts are supposed to be in the box .. that way i can put it all back together with everything in it exactly like how it came in . i was being very careful of not trying to miss any parts before i boxed it all up. So he send me supposedly a “pre-paid” return label which i had printed out and tape it to my return package. So the next day i dropped it off at UPS and knowing it should go directly to them. After 3 days it was sent back to me with “SHTF” written on the label. So i ask him whats thats supposed to mean? He said it mean “S#%T Hit The Fan”. Which he told me that it didn’t deliver. So i ask how come? He said he doesn’t know. so I ask him can he print me out another shipping label so I can send it back. He said he cant because he can only email me one print out return label only. He then told me I had to pay for shipping cost this time. I thought it was unfair. Because most company i had done business with before would send me another label to be printed out right away. But anyways so I did had to pay for the shipping out of my pocket.
Once they received the package, he told me that i was missing some parts. I explained to him how could i be missing some parts when i had compare every single parts side by side with my other speakers that wasn’t even un-wrapped yet? So i ask him can you show or explain to me what part was I missing because I was so curious because i know for sure I had checked everything very carefully when i packed it back in the original packages. He said he cant show or explain to me or even described to me what he meant by “missing some parts?”. So i was like what the heck, so he’s telling me that im missing some parts but can’t describe, show or tell me what exactly part was missing?? I ask him if i can send it in if I do missing anything. He said I cant do that either! He said that it had to be sent to Bose to be repaired. I was like.. you guys have to send the speakers out to Bose for repair??? Just for a missing part?? That sound like it doesn’t make any sense. So he told me that he will deducted 20% off my full refund because he said i was missing parts BUT he couldn’t even give me a clue or describe to me what parts was missing. Or even send a picture of the parts (the speakers only has 2-3 parts all together. Its was mainly the wires and the part connected the wires to the speakers at the bottom). I was puzzled and so curious what part Im I missing? So now felt that I was being lied to and being trick to write them a good review so that they would pay for my shipping and would think that i would get 100% of my full refund back. But once i write them a good review, everything changed all a sudden.
1. They didn’t give me a proper shipping label so i ended up had to pay out of my pocket for my own shipping.
2. They can only let me return one item, not both items.
3. They make up some BS saying im missing part but couldn’t explain to me what exactly part was missing and told me that they will send it to Bose to have it repair!
4. They use the “missing part” as an excuse to not refund me my 100% so they deducted 20% off my full refund.

Also, my order still didn’t ship from their warehouse after 5 days. If you need quick turnaround or want respectful customer service, don’t buy here.
