Vi-glasses scamThis was a total scam

This was a total scam. Not only did the glasses not help my vision but we paid approximately $84.00 and we are only getting $52.00. If you call to return you will not be able to understand anything they say. Do not get scammed like we did.

Just got these "joke of all time"…

Just got these "joke of all time" "Vi-Shift" glasses. Cheaper material than my grandkids' sunglasses with little animals glued to the edges. They never focused on ANYTHING. The focus knob on one side doesn't turn half the time and the on the other side "skips" from almost in focus to way out of focus.

When you look out one lens you are literally not seeing anything in the other lens. I keep waiting for lawsuits similar to Steve Martin's character in "The Jerk" after inventing the "Opti-Grab". We'll all look like Jack Elam by the time it's over.

Their return policy is so contorted you'll most likely not ever see a dime. There has to be something physically wrong with them, it is not sufficient that they just don't work and are a pathetic pair of glasses. I just wanted something cheap to use as computer glasses and I got robbed of $30.

Piece of Junk!

The Vi-Shift glasses are a piece of junk! Very cheaply made. DO NOT waste your money by ordering these! After you discover they are worthless and ask for a refund, they want you to donate them to charity and will only give a $17.00 refund. Not worth spending the money to send
them back!

Vi-Shite

These glasses are not made or designed well. Their optics don’t adjust enough to take the place of an average reading glass. The plastic used is very flimsy (yes, all plastic). The adjustments are not smooth and do not give a solid stop. The design is two lenses that slide over each other to perfect the magnification. This fails to perfect clarity (and talk about a cleaning nightmare). I see no practical way to clean between. Even if you don’t work outside, I can’t see how anyone can keep these glasses clear of dust, oil and debris.
Then, there is the return policy… in order to save you the packaging shipping and time, they immediately offer a 50% reimbursement and suggest you offer the glasses as a donation….

I took the 50% as cut to my losses and will donate the glasses to the landfill.

Unethical/fraudulent practices for these polices of cheap plastic

Not only do these pieces of cheap plastic not work, but the so called customer service 30 day guarantee is a scam. I fell for the promos/specials thinking I'd get a pair for work, home, to keep in my car, and for a couple of family members. Apparently the 30 day refund window begins on the ship date. When you send an email after getting the defective and cheap product, email response from the "co-founder" is so slow it finishes up the 30 day window. They will not send a shipping label for you to print. They will not tell you how much return shipping is (that YOU have to pay for) thereby causing you to have to find a time to go to the post office to get a price, but still no shipping label. They are unethical. The product does not work. Please do not waste your money. Please do not be like me and spend $115.00 on something that turns out to be "too good to be true". Oh .... just looked back through my emails..... they sent me a few emails telling me to look on the website at how to adjust lenses or go to the FAQ page..... burned up that 30 day window!!! I do a lot of online shopping. Reputable companies with reputable products offer a refund WITH a prepaid return shipping label. These shysters won't even send a label after YOU go price a return cost (or even send you/verify their correct address).

I have learned my lesson by not reading…

I have learned my lesson by not reading these reviews before my purchase. These glasses are cheaply made and do not work for both eyes. I have tried to return them but was given an excuse that my bank would not accept it. It was only for $14.99 which they claim is half of what I paid, but is far from it. They have asked for my address (which they have from purchase) so they can send a cheque. I would not give it to them! They have contacted me four times within an hour, so does this seem legitimate???

DO NOT waste your money.

DO NOT waste your money.
Firstly , their shipping charges are very high; Secondly, I called them within few hours of getting the Totally useless substandard glasses and was told that I can not return them but will refund me 50% of price of glasses I paid and not return the glasses. I insisted to return the useless glasses as they were totally non-functional and impractical. I kept unstinting to return the glasses and finally they agreed to return 75% of cost of glasses and not return the (useless) glasses.
It's rip off and I believe that fair or good reviews posted on their site must be from the few hand picked people who must have been paid to post good review.

They don't work as good as they say and…

They don't work as good as they say and if you buy/return, good luck on getting money back. I'm out $60 by time you count insurance and they keep telling you same stuff every message. Even talked to rep who said it was sent to payroll and still haven't seen refund.

I was unable to use the ViShift…

I was unable to use the ViShift glasses, due to a vision problem that they could not correct. When I called to return the glasses, I was told that they could only offer a partial refund and that I would have to pay the fee at UPS or FedEx to return them, which would be $10+. They offered to return $25 of the 54.69 spent and allow me to keep the glasses. I CAN'T USE THE GLASSES AND NO ONE IN MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WANT THEM!! I lose $29.69 and they go to Goodwill!! If you order and can't use them, you WILL lose most of the money you spent to buy them.
