Most of the events are not close to our home in California's Central Valley, but a few are just worth the drive. Thanks, was able to go to Styx in Concord and processing the tickets was fairly easy. Have already referred a few others too.

Been using VetTix for quite a few years now. When it comes to responding, the respond to any question or concern very quickly.
As for the events themselves, they are obviously caring when it comes to Veterans. I think all of us vets owe a very large gratitude to VetTix as well as those who donate the tickets. Thank you so much!

Using VetTix was a great experience for me. I managed to get tickets for Essence Festival for two different nights. Went to the first one last night and our seats were great. The process to request the tickets was super easy and receiving the tickets upon delivery was even easier. I'd definitely recommend this site to my other veteran friends.

VetTix really fulfills their mission: to show appreciation to us veterans! There's a ton of different events and shows that come up on it and the donors make it possible for us to do a lot of things for very little cost!

I used to really appreciate what Vet Tix stood for, but my recent experience has left me completely disappointed. My account was suddenly suspended for “scalping” — something I’ve never done. I’ve never sold or profited from any tickets I received through Vet Tix.

When I reached out to ask what happened, I was met with a vague accusation and no real opportunity to explain or clarify. I was more than willing to work with them and resolve any misunderstanding, but the process felt cold and one-sided.

I’ve followed the rules, participated in good faith, and supported their mission. It’s upsetting to be treated this way without any proper investigation or dialogue.

If this is resolved fairly, I’ll gladly update this review — but as of now, I no longer feel confident in how Vet Tix handles its users.

It is a blessing to be able to get these tickets. Let's taught you a discount price. You don't have to worry about being scammed and most times I get pretty good seats.
