Customer service is lacking....
I received the wrong color item, and it has been very difficult to simply return the wrong item and get the correct one. Make you send all kinds of pictures to correct their mistake, and still only seem to respond once a day. Waiting for several days now, and still no clear resolution. Pretty disappointed so far.

Quality of the product is good to…

We have been very pleased with the quality of these standing desks, which ranges from good to excellent. The desks themselves are sturdy, well-designed, and offer great value for the price.
Customer service is generally responsive and helpful when contacted. However, we have noticed that representatives often pass issues along rather than taking full ownership to ensure a resolution. This has led to prolonged delays—sometimes several months—in resolving shipping-related problems. For example, one of our orders was delivered incorrectly and left exposed to the elements by a busy road, resulting in a damaged box and missing parts. Unfortunately, the resolution process was slow and required repeated follow-ups.
Overall, while the product quality and value are impressive, there is room for improvement in the customer service experience, particularly in terms of accountability and timely problem resolution.

Two things

Two things: The first is I have a dime sized gash on the top of my desk and it is very visible. Really and eye sore... I have a picture and can send if you would like to see. The second, there is a white curtain that goes on the desk and NO instructions on how to and where to install it. Other than that everything else seems to be fine, but, IMO I feel like I overpaid for it.

I did receive all the items in a timely…

I did receive all the items in a timely manner although they were spread out over a couple of days making it a little difficult to track. I had damage to the metal cable tray that fits underneath the desk due to bending of the cardboard box (already spoke to customer service for a replacement) and a small gash in one of the desks (received a small refund). I was able to put the desk together myself, although it is heavy and cumbersome to flip. I do wish that there was a diagram of where to place more than 1x cable tie. Overall it is a great desk, stable and well built.

Almost great. I was missing the Allen wrench (the long one since I got two of the screw type tools) but was able to make up for it with some wrenches I had on my own and one of the long ones provided with the vernal monitor lift. Otherwise the product has been good so far.
