I ordered 5 pairs a few weeks ago. Whilst nice pants to wear, they were not efficient coping with stress incontinence. I got in touch with customer services, as per website. I was offered a refund of £7.50. I was to say say the least disappointed, and simply donated them to a local charity. I am in my seventies and thought I had found a really good product
I am most disappointed with this firms refund offer.

I have tried many different underwear that didn't do what they were suppose to. I have ordered 10 pair of undies from Vera and I am thrilled with the way they fit and absorb. I don't have to worry about leaks and I enjoyed dealing with Vera, she's the best.

Vera has excellent customer service and is very kind.
Overall, I’m very happy with her company and would definitely order from them again, I’m no longer using pads, and these panties feel great.

Great Purchase!
I am delighted with Vera's undies! The 1st test was to wear them under my tennis skirt for a morning of tennis. No bulk, no leaking, no feeling of wetness - they fit like regular underwear and I forgot all about them! I am so happy to have discovered them online. They are now my go-to to wear for tennis, running or any other activity where a bathroom is not readily
available.

Vera's Underwear
Unfortunately, I still have to wear pads as your underwear cannot hold back my urine. Once I start flowing, I still need to wear a pad or double pad. It just keeps my pads from wetting my pants.
That's why the 4-stars. I can't really go without pads right now.

Best protection for outer clothes protection.
I have tried many brands of panties. Vera is absolutely the best as the last guard against leaking on clothes. I always use big pads but finally found a panty that protects my outer clothes. As for protection I would have given a 5 star. The 4 star was given because of panty design. I am full in the hips and small in tummy. These panties are designed to fit full in front and sparse in hips. Size chart is small, order size bigger. Customer service responded promptly.
