I recently changed my motherboard in my pc and fired it up and my windows key did not work anymore. I did not remember to look at which windows version I had before disassembling my pc and I bought a windows 10 home key. I tried the key and it did not work. I contacted support to try to solve the issue and I was helped by Lamia. She informed me that I had the windows pro edition instead of the windows home edition and she offered to exchange it for free and stayed to see if it worked, which it did. I am very grateful someone could help me fix my mistake.

I needed an activation key for a Windows 10 Pro install but mistakenly bought the Windows 10 Home version. Once I found out the keys did not work, I contacted Vendfly and Lamia the rep helped to receive the correct key for the Windows 10 pro activation. Very good experience.

Saikat supported me when a key did not work due to hardware change. He responded quickly, understood my issue, and provided multiple solutions. In the end none of them worked due to an error on my side, so a refund was initiated. Would recommend buying a key here as any issue will be sorted, even refunds!

Made a purchase. Purchased the wrong product. Live Chat service very quickly assisted me and provided a working key. I really cant believe how fast and easy it was. I guess the Agents tag name was ISRAT.
