I bought a pair of sunglasses, but unfortunately, they had a manufacturing defect. Vytria told me I had to pay 99 euros. I contacted the manufacturer directly — they picked it up with free shipping, examined it, and confirmed the repair is free. They are now sending it back to me. I do not recommend Vytria. They are only interested in you as long as you’re buying something. For a warranty issue, they wanted to charge me 99 euros. I do not recommend them.

I bought the VC-5 in Emerald color and I absolutely love them! The color and shape are striking and the frames themselves are so light weight I forget I am wearing them. Excited to use the clip on feature this summer when I wear them out and about!

I have been using Vari frames for many years. I can't wear glasses with nose pads, because they hurt the bridge of my nose. Vari frames are lightweight and have the option of not having nose pads. Also, Vari frames come in an optional small size for smaller faces like mine. The final point is that you can speak to a live person at the Veri office who answers immediately without having to navigate a phone menu. They have been very patient, helpful, and accommodating the times I have called.

Your representative answered the phone on several rings. She was polite, and very helpful! I was calling to replace a pair frames that I had broken. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the correct pair. I love the frames for their look but also for their weight, they are extremely light and comfortable. Thank you.
