Quick affordable part replacement
Quick replacement mounts for my N4 unit that we use. The original suction cup started tearing apart and it wouldn't stick to the glass.

Amazing customer service
Had an amazing experience with their customer service, bought a Vantrue N4 Pro 3Ch dash cam to install for a friend, unfortunately I wasn't home when it was delivered and it was stolen, since I had nothing to lose i sent them an email with the CCTV footage attached and asked if they could send me a new one, didn't really expect them to but they actually did and it really helped me out of this jam, I dealt with Helen and she was amazing, if there's anything they could do better i'd say 1, they should have an option to require a signature when delivering. 2, shipping can be a bit faster IMO (took 5 days but in this age of next day shipping it should be a bit faster especially when its not shipped internationally) other then that absolutely amazing experience.

The worst experience
Every self-respecting company tries to maintain the prestige of its brand, but in this case Vantrue is not meeting the needs of their customers.
Do not buy anything from them cause you don't get an adequate service.

Free shipping was not free
I ordered a cable for my rear camera along with a mount my order had free shipping. I received the mount within a few days. Along with tracking for the cable from China. After a few weeks went by I tracked my cable and it was not shown as being in the system yet. I emailed support and I was told they cannot ship it to me Because it cost to much to ship. I should wait a month then see if it’s in stock in USA warehouses. A month went by and still no free shipping option. My only choice was to pay 15.00 to ship the cable from China. After several emails to support they were not willing to honor my
Free shipping originally in my order. This was not my fault. I have not had a chance to install this yet. I am sure the quality is good I just don’t like the way I am

The dash cam works great and video quality is excellent. I had an issue with the adhesive mount falling off, but Vantrue customer service responded quickly and is sending replacement stickers. Very satisfied with their support!

The purchase process was easy
The purchase process was easy. The installation was simple (I am a professional low voltage installer). Setup was easy and having the 1tb Vantrue media card was a reasonable upgrade. The app is easy to understand and use and all three camera angles are crisp and clear. The camera does operate quite hot though under normal use (even with not in the sun and at night).

I ordered the wrong product and wanted…
I ordered the wrong product and wanted to return it. They told me under such conditions they are not obligated to pay for the shipment; fair enough. They gave me the address to send it to, I returned the product a few days ago and today I got the package back with no explanation why they don't accept it.

Bought a battery booster from them 3 months ago. It was a Pre-release price on their website. Supposed to ship in April and I waited. At the end of May I emailed them as they were selling them for immediate delivery on their site. They Claimed they had none in stock while they were taking more orders at a much higher price. Only got a refund when I contacted them. Scammers. Beware

Great products- Terrible customer services, buy else where.
They sell really great cameras. They don't have any customer service policies, though. It's very much "thanks for your cash now leave us alone". They have no form of straight communication channels on their website. Every thing is designed to refuse you access. they tell you to go to a thing called reddit which also refuses you access to a human being. The great tech comes with issues and user issues, and you are left out in the cold trying to resolve them. Even tried their Facebook group, but as long as you are not saying how wonderful it is or posting positive images, they refuse your access and questions. There are better run firms selling equally good tech with far better customer services to buy from, buy else where.
