I placed an order for an unusual club (a driving iron with a shorter shaft). Aaron from Value Golf wrote to me within the hour querying my choice. Eventually, after a few messages back and forth, he talked me out of my idea and suggested that I rescind my order. He then processed a complete refund.
He could have just taken my money and ran. Instead, he gave me honest, good advice. Excellent customer service!
