Great company

V3 was very thorough in their explanation and helped me fix my true-up bill which was almost $2,000 with PG&E. Grateful for the staff and professionalism from the consultant, the install crew and customer service staff.

I saw a bad review on here from 3 years ago so they must have really stepped up their game.

Definitely worth your time to look into this company

V3 Electric has been absolutely…

V3 Electric has been absolutely terrible to do business with. They do not have a communication work flow between customers, field technicians and internal office staff/dispatch. Their teams are never on the same page so as a customer you can't get a straight answer from anyone. They started our project in August. They said they had to come back and finish up and we heard from NO ONE from their company for 2 months. We reached out to their offices and was told they were waiting on PGE?? Then the next day we received a "service text" telling us there was a hole in our brand new roof that they needed to patch!!???Mind you from August to November there had been rain! I was told the only person I could to speak to was an "escalation manager", Hilary Touey. I gave her the same background info as above. She agreed and apologized. She assured me with her involvement we would not experience any more issuesl The service tech comes out and tells us "I can't access your roof because per OSHA I have to have another technician with me." Then I receive a call saying they had patched the hole ready!?? Mmmhmmmm.... I call Hilary and leave a message, I email Hilary NO RESPONSE from her to date. I get a call from a guy named ENrique later that day saying that they are coming out Novemebr 29 and that there was some miscommunication. Btw, still no response from Hilary the "escalation manager" they come out today and tell us our power will be off all day??? We were never advised of that. So we decide to leave we ask the techs do you need access to the house and they say no. We get a call when we are away from home saying that they need to access our home. TO DATE we do not have our panels fully installed and operational. We are still waiting... I would strongly recommend to NOT do business with this company. They are inexperienced in project management and over site on top of poor communication. They have the wrong people in various seats throughout their organization. This company needs an overhaul or new ownership. Very sad to see how inept this supposed multimillion dollar solar company operates! I will be posting this review on as many platforms as I can to get the word out to not do business with them.
