Very disappointed
Very disappointed, The room service is terrible, we’ve been here 14 days and they didn’t change our sheets before I said something after one week.
Some days we didn’t have toilet paper some days we didn’t get towels for many days we didn’t have any hand soap. And when they give us towels they give those used towels for our hands. The minbar in the room is ridiculous we were three persons(2 children and 1 adult) we get one water five beers.
Restaurant there is only one hand sanitizer, their plates are very dirty, they’re flying flies all over the food.very few people speak English in this hotel and that is very unfortunate because you have high expectation when you get to some place like this and when you pay so much. And they clean the Pool and bar area with water from the pool to clean the floors that is disgusting.
The towels from the spa you get is smelling so bad even though the manager smelled the bad smell in the towels they don’t do anything about it in 14 days we have to accept the smell of the towels 😑
