My shipment of the product from India got all tied up in customs and after almost 2 months I contacted the company. They explained what was happening and how slow customs could be. Then they issued a second order. That took about 5-6 weeks to arrive and both shipments arrived on the same day. Though I only order one order, I was asked and paid for both orders since I thought that was fair. So it may take 4-6 weeks to get an order but they did stand behind the order and made sure I received my order.
