Got a great deal then the bike arrived quickly. Unfortunately the front rotor was bent in the shipping process. Fortunately upway’s customer service was super helpful and all we had to do was take it to a bike shop and Upway reimbursed us for the repair. The bike is working great now.

Upway provided an offer to buy my e-bike. The offer was low, but we would rather it go to someone who can use it. We accepted and chose to go with their box for shipping, with a refundable $50 deposit. The box arrived and is way too small for the bike they offered to buy (which is a trike). Now we are stuck trying to find another way to do this & get the box back to them. Not paying for a box we can't use. All they sent me were the proper dimensions for their bike box, why didn't they inform us it would be too small?

I couldn’t be happier with the Niner…
I couldn’t be happier with the Niner RIP e9 that I purchased. The bike was packaged perfectly for an easy assembly and arrived within a week. It literally took like 15 minutes to put together. Erik was also a huge help!!! I will definitely do business with Upway again!!!
