Honestly, overall, my experience with Upheal is GOOD.
Some challenges I experience the following:
- Incorrectly identifying male and female voice, even if the transcript speakers have been adjusted.
- Some interventions mention dialogue that happened that wasn't correct
- Repetitive interventions under different categories
- Fixing the transcript can become time consuming when software isn't clear on who said what.

But I will not deny that Upheal has made my life 10x easier and I appreciate all the efforts put in to do just that.

Upheal provides many different features to assist in writing notes. It saves you time and summarizes the conversation in clinical terms.

I tried a lot of programs and this one had the best deal and note types. I do wish they would incorporate a way to make documents with the notes saved such as a psychological report template. They upgraded me without me requesting it and it has been great. Customer service is always super responsive and helpful.

I'm really enjoying Upheal's digital medical scribe services so far! It has truly changed my practice for the better. There is now more time in my day to focus on other important areas of my practice. I feel that the rates are more reasonable than other services and that what Upheal offers is a great value!

The company is always making updates and adding new features to their software, which is exciting.

They more reasonably priced than competitors and that's important to me since I'm in private practice as a single employee who pays all my bills.

Upheal has been an amazing addition to my practice. Much of my time was making sure my notes were up to audit standards and as detailed as they needed to be. Upheal has given me my weekends back. I typically run about 40 clients a week and keeping up on notes each day leads into all hours of the night if I am being present. I have found Upheal to do best when I have my headset on for it to pick up both my voice and that of the client. All in all, I will definitely continue to be an Upheal consumer because the cost has been worth my balance and sanity.

As a graduate student and a care coordinator, I had the chance to test Upheal, and I am truly impressed. It makes documentation so much more efficient and captures key information during sessions, streamlining the process of note-taking. I have seen firsthand how much faster all of our therapists are able to complete their notes and capture nuances of content discussed in session. It allows them to stay on top of documentation and not fall behind, an important part of being a therapist which can be especially hard when you have a busy schedule. Everyone in our practice who uses Upheal has had nothing but positive things to say, and I can absolutely see myself using Upheal as a core component once I begin practicing myself. It is a smart and time-saving solution that compliments clinical intuition, enhances the therapeutic process, and support client care.

Upheal has changed the way we complete clinical documentation at Mind of Peace Counseling. It has already saved countless hours of clinician time and it has provided deep insight into our work regarding the methodology we consistently utilize. Upheal even calculates the use of silence and how much time clinicians and clients talk in session as compared to one another. I feel like this product has helped me grow as a clinician and as a leader helping to shape future generations of clinicians. I think the most valuable gift Upheal has on offer is the ability to deeply connect with and focus on my clients instead of scrambling not to forget important details I want to put in my notes later.

Upheal has been an absolute game changer for me! I was super critical at first and honestly wanted to hate it.. but after reviewing the notes it generated I was blown away! Not only was it very easy to use, it did a beautiful job of picking up on little details mentioned in sessions. It even outlined interventions I didn't actively realize I was using. The feedback you get from using this program alone is priceless!
