Great service. Responsive customer service.
I tried to unlock two phones from two different networks. One worked inside an hour, the next took nearly 2 weeks. But the customer service team were great and always answered my emails inside 30mins. They worked hard to sort the issue which was eventually resolved, and they refunded me the cost for that phone as it took so long. But they were already half the price of other services I found online. I would definitely recommend this service.

Unlockbase is the real deal
Unlockbase is the real deal! A real life saver! I made a purchase, and within 10 minutes I received the code. I was switching from boost to AT&t. But Boost's policy states that the device has to be active for 12 months at least. My phone is only a month old, fully paid for, but I refuse to deal with boost cell service any longer. I've been a customer with them for over 10 years. But when I relocated, the cell service out in my area where I live and work, is trash. So when I finally said enough was enough, I begun the transfer service process, and that came to a halt when I found out that my device was locked. And Boost were unwilling to help me, and I was without any cell service. I decided to take a chance with Unlockbase, and I am so glad that I did. They are legit!

While I wish there were a cheaper Boost unlocking service, I couldn't find one and of the many at this price point this one seemed the best reviewed - probably because I am being offered a 20% refund for writing this review but overall my experience was satisfactory and I was pleased with the turnaround time.
