I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code.
I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

It didn't work. I spent over an hour and for whatever reason it didn't work. I would like a refund. The tech kept trying but on the third failed attempt he didn't respond to my chat questions

It took several days beyond the date in which they promised to get me an unlock code... That was merely the first issue I had; once i got the email, they do not have 24/7 customer support... Their technicians only work within typical business hours. Once you get a technician, they have to connect to your computer, which if you have an updated computer, the process becomes more difficult. I myself, have windows 10. Upon them trying to connect to my computer, i got the blue screen of doom, twice. Then they tried another avenue to connect to my lap top... Fast forward a little... The tech took a long time to respond to me up until i complained enough for them to understand that i was quite upset with them.
After they discovered my rage, they started getting nicer and the responses came faster and faster. With that in mind, the process from start to finish, took 3 weeks. After i got the technician connected to my computer, that process took about 30-45 minutes...
Now, once complete, i had to call my network service provider and do many extra steps after that. Mind you, I do have Metro PCS; i guess that is to be expected. However, they did in fact unlock my phone, it simply took some patience.
I would probably recommend the company charge less for their services and be a little more up front on the allotment of time in which it took to unlock a phone. Perhaps if they charged less they could get more clients and thus higher more technicians in order to increase their overall performance...
End result: I am happy and grateful that I was able to get my phone unlocked. And i wont be charging back my funds through the bank like i threatened. (sorry)
:)

Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.

Took my payment and processed my money in minutes. (Jan 10TH) But my order is still in processing status. Customer service said I'd hear from them in 1 to 5 business days. it's been 7 days. Today I check the site to track my order and find out they are backed up and not taking anymore orders. Customer service has been no help. I should have listened to the reviews. $50 down the drain. Would not recommend.

After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.

I purchased an unlock code from unlock authority and did not receive an email with a code or a response to the status of my order. I entered the receipt number given and attempted to reach them via email and did not receive any response back. I have a copy of receipt of payment and transaction completed and still no luck from the company. There website states a 24/7 service availability but they never responded. I just read the other reviews regarding this company and it appears they have a pattern of problems. I will not recommend or reuse this company.
11/15/2018 update: On 11/12/2018, I contacted the company after reporting the dispute to PayPal. The company responded and told me it takes 1-3 days or maximum 5 days to recieve my code. I didn’t hear back after that so I reached out again on 11/15/2018 to check status of order since this is now going into day 4 since Monday and day 7 since the date of purchase and cleared payment. They responded and told me that the order is still “processing” and to wait some more. I don’t understand why a company needs to lie about there services? There site promises 24/7 customer assistance but they did not do that and want me to wait an extra additional amount of time. I paid for prompt and quick service as there website advertises and still have not received my unlock code.

A joke of a company! I tried to acquire an unlock code for my AT&T phone from them and after paying $21 for this service I never heard from them. In the meantime I contacted another unlocking service and they took a total of 12 hours to finish my request and fully communicate the process with me. I've tried contacting Unlockauthority.com about issuing me a refund and they will not respond. I read other reviews about this possibly happening before I tried doing business with them, so I acknowledge that I accepted the risk, but for those of you considering them, please don't.

Highly disappointed, my purpose was to unlock t mobile Samsung s7 to use on sprint network. Which i advise, and they recommended a program of Paid $81 dollars and spent days with them and gotten no where. just to end with result "network not registered" and them telling me it does not work with sprint, but i can now use it for TMobile and Att. Of which was no point if i'm already on Tmobile. And wanted to use it for Sprint. I've been working with them for over a week and no refund of full amount, but they said they'll refund only $50. which has been over 6days and nothing. Waste of money, and time. Unlock with your provider first if you can. It would have costed me zero dollars.

First, they misrepresented the unlock procedure.
When I said that I was not able to grant them access to my phone to flash the rom b.c I work with customer information and cannot grant anyone access to my computer (Even via my phone). The technician said they were refunding my money. No refund.
Further, flashing ROMs should never be done over an internet connection, as if the process is interrupted, the phone becomes a brick. Sadly, my internet connection does drop without warning, so for that entirely technical reason, I could not use their service, and would not have bought it had it been correctly represented. So I asked support for a refund.
Support insisted that I had been informed of the human intervention, and quoted to me from the sales page. The sales page backed up my story: it mentioned installing a program on my windows computer and connecting the phone to the computer via a cable, but did not mention a person connecting to my phone. I pointed that out, and asked for refund. I was told that the exact text pasted by them into our chat absolutely said a human was involved, but there was no mention. I pointed this out, and they said denied it.
Every one of their mistakes they attempted to blame on me. They sent me a document with instructions which did not even mention my phone's model. When I pointed this out, that had to be my fault (even thought I'd given them my IMEI number and they had the correct number). When I asked how their system sending me the wrong document could possibly be my fault, I was told "my case was being transferred to a supervisor" who would follow up immediately - by email.
Immediately turned into "another 30-45 minutes from now"
But I had not recevied a response 17hours later. I contacted support again and requested the refund. I was told it had been released but would take 3 days to appear in my pay pal account or on my CC.
It is now 9 days after my payment, and 7 days after I was told my refund was being processed, and I do not have it. I have submitted another refund request through their site and I will update this to a 2 star review if I receive it by Friday, otherwise I am filing disputes with paypal and my CC.
