UniqueEra has done an outstanding job with restoring my hair. As I was travelling all the way from Australia to get the procedure done I was very nervous of falling on the wrong hands. I was very impressed with the care and successful procedure I went through and now have my hairline restored. The team was very helpful, gave me the right and the follow ups were very thorough. The clinic was very mordern and clean. They even provide a translator for English speaking customers.

I traveled to Turkey and got a hair transplant procedure done by unique era this last September. The results are truly five stars! I’m very happy with the growth, the thickness, the support I’ve gotten from them continues to this day. I am subtracting one star because the experience is pretty intense and that isn’t always talked about enough going in. While the ground transportation and the experience in the clinic was great, the hotel and support around meals was not. The air travel home is also very difficult. Overall, UniquEra does fantastic work and I believe they can address the issues with the accommodations.

I had my hair transplant at Uniquera Clinic on March 19, 2024, using the latest DHI Choi-Pen technique, and I am very, very satisfied with my entire experience. From the first consultation to the procedure and aftercare, everything was handled with so much professionalism and care. The team was incredibly supportive, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Now, looking at my results, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
But it wasn’t just the procedure. I truly enjoyed my whole trip to Turkey. Everything was so well organized, from transportation to accommodations, that I never had to worry about a thing. I did the 2-day DHI plan and was able to get 6,200 grafts! Juljana and Admir were awesome getting us introduced to the clinic and answered every one of the hundred questions we had.

Choosing a doctor and clinic for my hair transplant was no easy task. After researching and reading countless reviews on Reddit and other forums, the advice I found was consistent: “Make sure you do your homework.” I spent a lot of time looking into clinics. I did consultations with a dozen or so doctors or clinics located in Istanbul. There were two items that pushed me over the edge to use Uniquera.
1- My brother-in-law had used this clinic before it was rebranded to Uniquera and had nothing but positive things to say about his experience. His feedback helped put my mind at ease, knowing that someone close to me had already gone through the process with this clinic and was satisfied with the results.
2- I went with the two-day DHI transplant. I was almost completely bald on top. Unlike many clinics that would only consider treating the front of my head, Uniquera was one of the few willing to address my full scalp. They ended up transplanting 3100 grafts (including 700 from my beard) on the first day and 2700 on the second day. Most of the other consults I had told me they would not go that high and it wouldn’t work. Because I had seen the results of my brother-in-law, who also did a 2 day dhi, I knew it would.
The entire consultation process was clear and reassuring. One standout was Juljana. I don’t know if she sleeps, but she is by far the most responsive person I’ve ever dealt with. Anytime I reached out with a question, she responded almost immediately. Whether it was pre-surgery concerns or post-surgery follow-ups, she was always there, ensuring I had everything I needed. The clinic’s follow-up post-surgery has been a pleasant surprise— they checked in with me every day for 2 weeks, ensuring I was following the aftercare procedure and that I didn’t have any concerns.
Raafat, the translator, did an exceptional job of making me feel comfortable in a foreign country. He was always available to assist with anything we needed. One specific example of him going above and beyond in my opinion was my friend and I were having issues ordering food to be delivered to the hotel. No one spoke English when I tried calling restaurants. I reached out to Raafat and he ordered for us. He even followed up the next day to see if we needed help again.
One of the best parts of the entire experience was meeting the clinic’s owner/CEO, Hazem. It was clear from our conversation that Hazem is deeply invested in his clinic’s success and the well-being of each client. He is passionate about improving every aspect of the process to ensure a perfect experience for everyone. His dedication to making his clinic the best was evident, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process.
The medical team was outstanding. With many years of experience together as a team, they were not only professional but also very knowledgeable. They were very thoughtful in the placement of specific follicles, using beard grafts only near the crown and single hair follicles along the front hairline. This attention to detail showed their experience and understanding of the procedure, and I really appreciated how carefully they planned everything.
One thing I would recommend to all patience is the “twilight” option. While it wasn’t a factor in my decision to choose Uniquera, I would 100% recommend it to anyone undergoing the procedure. The twilight sedation allows the team to numb your head with no pain or discomfort. It made the entire experience so much easier, and looking back, I wouldn’t consider doing the surgery without it.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. From the knowledgeable medical team to the exceptional customer service provided by Raafat, Juljana, and Hazem, I felt supported every step of the way. The clinic’s attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction made all the difference, and I can already see the results of their hard work.

After extensive research to find the right clinic in Istanbul, I came across this highly professional medical team. In February 2022, I decided to have my first hair transplant with a two-session DHI procedure to add density to my crown, top of the head, and front hairline. Now, in February 2025, I’ve completed my second and final hair transplant with a one-session DHI.
