About a week ago, I ordered a Poseidon D70 soundbar and a pair of stands. However, shortly after my order had shipped, I changed my mind and decided I’d prefer the Nova S90 soundbar instead.
I reached out to ULTIMEA’s customer support team—hesitant at first—but to my surprise, they handled everything with incredible efficiency and kindness. They sent me a prepaid return label even before I received the original items!
Once the package arrived, the return process couldn’t have been easier—just attach the label and hand it back to the same postal carrier.
Even more impressively, after I sent them a screenshot confirming the payment of the price difference, they shipped the Nova S90 right away—without even waiting for the return to reach them. That level of trust and responsiveness is truly rare.
Kudos to the ULTIMEA team for such outstanding service.

After several months of normal functioning, I had some difficulty with my Ultimea Poseidon D80 speakers. When I turned them on, they came on at maximum volume and could not be adjusted, which made them unusable and frightened my small dog. I contacted Ultimea not knowing what to expect.
THE FOLLOWING IS A REVIEW LARGELY BASED UPON EMAILS DEMONSTRATING ULTIMEA'S COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE:
When I initially emailed the company, I received detailed instructions regarding the necessary information to submit in order for Ultimea to review my claim. The instructions were clear and easy to follow:
Within 24 hours of submitting the necessary information, I received the following email from customer support:
"Thank you for providing all the documents and details related to your Amazon order, as well as the information from your soundbar. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.
"To assist you further, could you please share a short video that demonstrates the issue you are experiencing with the soundbar? This will help our technical team accurately identify the problem. Since your product is still under warranty, once we confirm the issue, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.
"Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. If you have any other questions or need additional assistance, please let us know.
"Excellence in Every Interaction! If anything falls short, please feel free to reach out – we’re here to ensure your satisfaction. 😊
Warm regards..."
I replied with information which was requested (a description of the problem) and
notified customer support that I preferred not to make a video for fear of frightening my dog. Within 24 hours, I received the following email:
"Thank you for your detailed explanation, and we sincerely appreciate your efforts in performing the factory reset. Since the issue still persists, it appears that there may be a hardware problem—likely with the volume control chip or the mainboard.
"We understand your concern about not wanting to record a video due to your dog. We completely respect that and want to assure you that your description is more than helpful.Your order is still within the warranty period, so we’d be happy to offer you a replacement.
"We have already submitted the request for your return label, and it should be sent to your email within the next 72 hours. After we receive the faulty Poseidon D80, we’ll promptly ship out the new replacement unit.
"We truly hope this solution works for you and meets your expectations. We’re here to make things right and ensure you have a positive experience with our product and service.
Warm regards..."
I also received the following:
"We will keep you updated as soon as your return label is ready and throughout the replacement process. If you have any further questions or need additional support at any point, please feel free to reach out to us.
"Thank you again for your understanding.
We are grateful for the opportunity to assist you.
"Please kindly attach the return label to the package and send the faulty Poseidon D80 back to us. Once we receive it, we will immediately send you a brand-new replacement.
"If you no longer have the original packaging, no worries — please use any appropriately sized box to safely pack the soundbar
"Also, please don’t forget to let me know once the return has been sent out so I can promptly follow up with the logistics and make sure your replacement unit is shipped to you as quickly as possible."
Within several days of shipping the speakers back, I received a brand-new replacement set which works perfectly.
ULTIMEA REPLIED TO EVERY EMAIL I SENT WITHIN 24 HOURS, AND ALMOST ALWAYS OVERNIGHT. NOT ONCE DID I NEED TO WRITE A FOLLOW-UP EMAIL. IN 50+ YEARS AS A CONSUMER, ULTIMEA HAS THE MOST EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Further, each representative with whom I dealt without exception demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, patience, and understanding, making what could have been a potentially-arduous process into a simple and pleasant one. I cannot praise my experience with Ultimea enough.

Eventually someone replied saying it’s out of warranty and I’ll need to pay to get it replaced. I questioned this knowing when I bought it and still haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating from a company like this who I have bought soundbars off to just feel like your second rate.
I have given them invoices and videos of not working.
Customer services are shocking.

I am an actual customer my projector has some issues and we had other issues with shipping but they were great upgraded my projector for the inconvenience these other bad reviews honestly can't be true this is absolutely the best customer service I've dealt with warning they may take a little bit to reply but they will and they will make sure you are a happy customer in this day and age customer service that cares is rare I will be buying again

Purchased the Nova 50 and few weeks after purchase the product stopped working. It would play all sound through the subwoofer and not through the bar.
Only way to fix it was to keep resetting it to factory defaults.
I don't know who is UATing your software but they are terrible.
Would never buy from this company again.
Please if your reading this don't make the same mistake as me and waste your money.
An don't fall for the copy and paste responses they seem to be replying to everyone with.

Customer service non existent.
Still waiting refund after 5 months.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS.
Please note! I constantly receive messages from ultimea stating how sorry they are, but my complaint is never resolved.

I purchased the Ultimea Poseidon D60 sound system, and let me tell you, this is one amazing compact sound system. Crystal clear vocals, great overall surround audio for music and movies. The small subwoofer can fit anywhere around the room and provides a significant amount of bass, and the fact that the unit connects wirelessly to the front speaker adds to the amazingness of it. I also love the fact that it comes with an app that you can handle most of the settings with. I can't recommend enough for the price and quality. Top it all of with top notch support!

After lots of research and listening to different soundbars, I decided with this one and made the right choice.
Love the sound from this Ultimea - POSEIDON D80 DOLBY ATMOS . I like the directional sound and being able to control it through my phone.
It has high quality products and this smart sound bar is no exception. In the box comes the sound bar, a power supply cable, an EARC, hdmi cable, an optical cable, a remote control and a quick start guide. Everything comes nicely packaged and protected.
Connecting the Smart Soundbar is quite simple, it can be connected via EARC OR HDMI or optical cable directly to the TV and also via Bluetooth. It is recommended to download the Ultimea app to get the most out of the device. The app gives access to configure the Smart Soundbar in different aspects, from equalization, management of Ultimea devices connected to the same app, sound settings, etc. The remote control that already comes with its battery installed is compact but has the essentials to control the soundbar easily. Something I can recommend is to download the user manual from the app and learn a little more about the features and functions of this Smart Soundbar.

I bought the D80 few months ago. I had quite a few issues with it to work the way I wanted. Getting a response from support was difficult. I had to call and email numerous times to hear back.
I returned the item and have been wanting to know when to expect my replacement device. If I don’t ask there is no communication on when I can expect replacement.

Something went wrong and I wanted to cancel my order. I have tried to call, chat and sending emails without any result to contact anyone to cancel the order and explain why.
I wanted a d80 but it was sudden a D60 that popped up in the chart and I saw that after the payment.
I dislike the fact that you can't reach out to a person .. I am still waiting for an answer... but I feel they will not respond and just send it to be send back... My score -10 for communication and service
Got a part of the money back, not the total amount... So score is now -100. I would say, don't order anything with them, the service sucks!!!!! If you have a problem, they don't solve the whole problem... I still have paid about.almost 10 euro to much for nothing!!!!
So don't order here!!! If you want service you will be screwed!!!@

My Poseidon D80 powerful 460 Watt 7.1 sound system has great features. I also bought another pair of speaker stands in addition to the first pair in the bundle with the system+speakers. So I have put each of the 4 satellite surround speakers on his own stand. The stands are very well made and securely fix the speakers with also screws. Before buying be sure you are selecting the correct stand for your system satellite speakers. Among the accessories there are plentiful super convenient velcro bands. I used them to take wires folded and attached to the stands. The assembly of system and stands is fast and easy. Great sound and very powerful bass which has also become stronger with the update to the firmware of the system which is done via Ultimea app. The Ultimea app which connects to system via bluetooth requires to do an account (different from the web account done on Ultimea web site if one buys directly on the site). The remote control is very clear and useful. There are many modes and ways to personalize sound. In the app it is also possible to tune more things, for example the time for automatic turning off to for ex. one hour (default for me was 48 hours). In the app there is also a matrix with many points to configure sounds. This systems well deserves 5 stars.
