I usually do not have much hope in these type of products because they never ever work for me, but I decided to go ahead and give this one a try. I honestly am so happy that I took a chance because it actually works and it isn't painful either. On a pain level scale of 1 - 10 ( in the most sensitive areas and on the highest setting) maybe a 2 at most. I love my Air 10!

Make sure you get the right one
I answered an ad for the ulike 2 or Pro, not sure the name. I got ulike 1. Didn't realize it because there was no markings or labels to tell me what I got. Not until later I seen an ad that showed me the difference in the two. I didn't realize in time to exchange it. They gave me $25
off. I already have a 1. Still bummed, make sure you get.what you pay for.

Great product. Need to be consistent. I actually bought it to use on my younger daughter as she has super hairy pits. Pain free and Hair is gone!! I also use it. Results come with consistency. My original one broke after 6 mos, but they stand by their product and had a new sent to me right away. Their customer service was great.

I was very nervous before using this but I needed have been. It really is very easy to use and painless. I’m still in Phase 1 currently (almost done the first 4 week period) but my skin is lovely and soft after using the device….would recommend.

Pros: Air 10 is well made, high quality.
Used it for more than 6 months now. Still need to shave, but a lot less often. And shaving is easier because hair is thinner and softer.
Cons : If you plan to travel with it, you might wish it was more compact. It's also a bit pricey, considering the technology behind it is no longer new, and there are many similar products at a lower price point.

I purchased the Ulike 3 in February 2023 to prepare for summer. I used it 2-3x a week for several months. I used it on my underarms, legs and bikini area. It's now summer 2025 and I still don't need to shave my underarms or legs. My bikini area is less hairy but still needs trimming. I'm a hairy brunette. Before Ulike, if I would shave my legs in the morning, I would have stubble at 5. It's so nice not having to worry about shaving my legs before I can wear shorts. This is the best purchase I've made ever!

I love my device
I love my device! I would of given 5 stars however when I reached out about how quickly it was getting to hott and how many breaks I have to take to get my legs done I was dismissed. Don't get me wrong it does remove hair!! I think mine might just be defective because it gets hot really really quickly. But other than that I love this device ! I love my ulike, It works well. Love all the stuff It comes with (the bag and glasses). Love the color and convenience and also no pain! Only issue i have is not long after i bought It, a new and better model came out. I wish there was some nice discount or trade up program. I had just bought mine.

The sensor is not picking up that it’s touching my skin. I have to restart it several times while touching my skin for it to recognize my skin. I am fair skinned with dark hair so I did not think this would be an issue. It happens sometimes just after starting a session so it is not an issue of it overheating.
I am seeing hair loss results but it is frustrating to have to keep restarting the device. It makes the sessions take way longer than they should.
