Bloody terrible

Bloody terrible - placed an order before reading reviews on here. Item that arrived is not authentic, clear knock-off and potential house fire.

Company don’t respond, absolute weasels!

UK Chargers.......Happy with item

Ordered a Genuine Samsung Charger from them 2 weeks ago. Their ad popped up as I was searching on Amazon! The package arrived today 20 Feb 2025. Works as advertised and looks to be the real deal. Packaged in authentic Samsung box. Time will tell for reliability, but I am happy for now.

Do not buy!!

This company is based in China. They sent a battery that didn’t work. After trying to contact them I started a claim through PayPal. They then asked me to return the item to a Chinese address at my own expense. Do not buy!!

Please read this before you buy .

It had to happened on day. I have paid £38 for laptop lead and power block. No confirmation of purchase. The site has been taken down and yet they are still able to advertise their product on line. I have sent lots of emails and have received nothing. Not intending it to be a bad review. It's to warn you if you don't read the reviews first and you purchase from them then you have been scammed like me.

100% 1 star rating, I should of read reviews here first

i should of come here first, I just ordered a battery for laptop. hoping it will be cancelled as it has not been sent out yet. after reading the 100% 1 star reviews. Seem like they sell dodgy products with 100% 1 star rating, which I am sure would be zero stars if it was possible. I have been trying all day, today 29th jan 2025 from early this morning, to cancel my order with uk-chargers.com but all my emails and direct messages have been ignored. And my item is still at the processing stage, so they have NO reason to send it out. Next step is to refuse the item at the door, so will be sent back (will video that aswell) and open a Paypal dispute against this shoddy company. It gives them a bad-rap, i'm just glad i paid via paypal and not a bank-card.

5th Feb 2025, since i opened a dispute the company is now trying to force my order on me. They claim to have sent out on the 3rd feb. after I have repeatedly said i want to cancel my order and money refund. I even had to contact evri to cancel delivery, if not I will refuse the delivery. I simply think now it will be a faulty or fake battery for my laptop. Stay well clear of uk-charger.com it's a dodgy site. And read the trustpilot reviews first

Asus charger - likely not genuine and stopped working after a month

I bought an Asus charger from them and it stopped working after just over a month. I've tried to contact them and they've not replied to any of my messages.

I also think that the product may not have been genuine like the website said it was. I noticed a few days ago that the Asus tag wasn't on my charger but the genuine charger does have the Asus tag as does the picture on their website.

I'd avoid this website completely - I had limited options, as no-one seemed to have my charger available but if you do need a charger, I would not use them.

Extremely Rude and unprofessional…

Extremely Rude and unprofessional Chinese company. Following my very young son ordering an item by mistake I contacted the company to request a refund/cancelation within minutes. Employee Chris accused me of lying and told me not to blame my son and to "think clearly". They also told me they would refund if I close a paypal case against them which I did. Now they are stalling issuing a refund even though I did as they asked and sent proof the case was closed. Avoid these people.

They sell fake goods

They sell fake goods, call it genuine and then try to deny a refund when you call them out on it, insisting it's real. I'm not a complete idiot, I know the difference between fake and real. Scammers.
