SOFTWARE DIDN'T WORK, NO CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY

I purchased office 2010 from them. I downloaded and tried to run it. I consistently received an installation error. The software is useless and the company will not answer emails. To top it off paypal will do nothing because it is electronic media. I cannot even request a refund. The softwre is cheap, but worthless.

Date of experience: August 26, 2010
