Don't fret with these guys - they get it done!

Navigating the world of car haulers can be a bit daunting, especially with all the less-than-stellar reviews out there. That said, I took a chance on UF Transportation, and I'm happy to report it paid off! Joe Smith was very responsive and arranged a truck in just two days, and the vehicles were picked up promptly. I appreciated being able to easily communicate with the driver. There was a small delay of a day, but everything arrived in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend them. If you're looking at reviews on Trustpilot for this company it seems the latest one is from another carrier (that I also got a quote from!).

WORST BROKER THAT DOESN`T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH

They hire non speaking indians/uzbeks to stay on the phone, they don`t even know where the car is going, what car is going and don`t even know the names of the states. My car was going to a brand new state NORT COROLADA)))). Non stop liars and worst company on the marker that is threting carriers that are trying to move their clients cars. Guy named MARK was treating us and his "manager" that barely speaks english said: "I will do all what i can do DESTROY your company". Absolutly discusting.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. They claimed that they are local and they are not. When I signed the contract with them I told him million times make sure my price locked and won’t charge. He promised me it won’t change and make sure they will pick up my car. I got called this morning and telling me from $650 to $1,200 to ship my car. Don’t waste your time take your business somewhere

I had a fantastic experience with United Freeway Transportation when shipping my car from Massachusetts to California on very short notice. Simon guided me through every step of the process with clear, transparent, and consistent communication. He made sure I felt confident that I was getting the most secure option at the best price. I was supposed to send them $200 broker…

I was supposed to send them $200 broker fee. My bank had a glitch and sent the money from my account twice. This company was notified multiple times and they confirmed that they were double paid. Their response was, “You double paid, not our problem” and never sent me a refund. Money hungry people.

Don’t have to lift a finger

Jeff Reached out to me instantly. Gave me an upfront quote to transport my truck which was very reasonable. Was able to schedule for the very next day. Even when the driver was unable to get it, Jeff called me to update me and was already looking for a new driver and had someone there the next day after that. Great service.

Bait & Switch, Requires cash without notice

First of all, the original quote was for 395, and the total cost was 650.

Secondly, I paid the initial charge with a credit card, however, when the driver arrived he demanded $500 cash for the rest of it, which I did not have. I assumed that my credit card would be charged.
The contract states, before to the legal text, "I, Elizabeth Meade authorize United Freeway Transportation to charge my credit card above for the agreed upon purchase(s). I understand that my information will be saved on file for further transactions on my account."
It's hidden in the small print of the contract that the delivery driver needs to be paid the balance on delivery in cash, but I didn't see that, as the initial message in the contract said that my card would be charged for the balance. It was never explicitly stated that cash was needed.

I UNITED FREEWAY TRANSPORTATION engages in deceptive business practices

I sent a complaint letter to the Attorney General of PA, and complained with the BBB against United Freeway Transportation. They failed to transport my vehicle and subsequent refusal to refund my payment. Additionally, I've discovered the use of fake identities by their employees, who claimed to be Americans, were actually foreigners using fake American names. Upon investigations, it became evident that some of these individuals are from Bangladesh and some Islamic countries. It is noteworthy that Mohammed Amin serves as the Chief Executive.
I made numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, including phone calls and texts. Despite these efforts, I've not received any indication of a willingness to address the issue. I strongly believe UNITED FREEWAY TRANSPORTATION has engaged in deceptive business practices and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. Additionally, the use of fake identities by their employees raises serious ethical concerns and warrants investigation by regulatory authorities. Also I'll contact Consumer Advocacy Organizations, they should be interested in investigating unethical practice like writing FAKE REVIEWS. Such actions not only compromise the integrity of consumer feedback but also raise ethical and potentially legal concerns.
