Give Turbro a chance at your business! You won’t regret it!

I am currently renovating my garage. I work out there in all seasons and wanted to make sure I equipped the space with heat for the winter. I came across Turbro products during my search. I really liked that the heater could be controlled via WiFi, there are not many options out there with that feature. I want to be able to start up the heat prior to being home and have a warm garage. I found a lot of heaters, especially in wall that malfunctioned and almost burned down homes. So I took this search for a product very seriously. I also read great reviews about Turbro. I ordered two of the GH7500 heaters. After speaking with my electrician, and the cost of running two 240 V lines, I decided to just install 1. I reached out to Turbro to initiate returning 1 of the heaters. THEY HAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Vinnie helped guide me through a seamless return process and was so helpful all along the way. I have not used the heaters yet. Electrical work still in progress but this review is mainly to praise Turbro for what feels like a lost art as a consumer. Actually treating your customers with respect and being responsive. I never had a problem for one second with this company! I will purchase more products from this company based on this alone. Replaced Unit

I purchased a 145,000BTU room air conditioner in June 2024, used it for the summer & stored away in a closet. Brought it out in June 2025 for this summer and it made a horrible noise. I contacted customer service and they replaced it free of charge. Hopefully the new unit will last more than one season as they were clear to say there will be no warranty with this unit. Customer Service was helpful and easy to work with, we'll just wait to see if the unit holds up

Electric Fireplace

I purchased their electric fireplace, and I was so happy with it that I ordered two more. One of the new ones had a problem with its remote, so I reached out to their customer service team. They were quick to respond, helpful, professional, and replaced the remote without trouble. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Turbro commercial dehumidifier failed after one season.

Turbro commercial dehumidifier worked great...for one season. It's built like a tank and I thought "finally, a dehumidifier which really will work." It stopped dehumidifying the air (no error codes, it's clean etc.) It has been one year since I bought it. I did write in to Turbro and they suggested a few tests. I did them and it still doesn't work. Depending on how they react to this problem I will amend my review and ratings. At this point, I'm overwhelmingly disappointed. UPDATE: It's been a few days, Turbro support contacted me and told me they would send a replacement under the one year warranty. I'm moving to 3 stars. I'm still amazed this machine stopped working so soon. As I wrote, it feel and looks like it's very well built and built to last. I will edit this review as time goes on to let readers know what happened.

Got my M20 pool Heater …

Got my M20 pool Heater hook it up turn it on it was shaking like crazy! Turn it off look at it it 4 broken fan blades call customer service talk to Britany she said to take pictures and send it to her she called me back telling me they would be sending a new Unit out right away. Thank you for getting me all set up and wondering people helping out!

Turbro Team, going the extra mile.

The team at Turbro has been extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I had order an A/C splitter through AMAZON. You might wonder “why?” Well, lesson learned as AMAZON messed up with the delivery. Basically there were supposed to be 2 deliveries as the item I order included 2 units (indoor and outdoor) and the AMAZON team marked my delivery as delivered even though my order said that there we’re supposed to be 2 deliveries and the only help they will offer was for me to reached out to Turbro as they could not help me because their system said the item was delivered. Nothing to loose but knowing that AMAZON was at fault I reached out to Turbro team and after explaining the situation they were able to help and provide assistance and solutions. Always with a friendly and respectful communication. I truly appreciate it, you guys are the best.

Customer service and great communication with TURBRO

I contacted the service Number because the water pump on my misting fan stopped working. I have had the product for only 10 months. Customer Service and doing the "right thing" definately exists at TURBRO.

Amazing company amazing product

First, I love my Greenland Turbo portable AC. I had an issue with it recently after a year of owning and emailed the company as soon as it happened and the turnaround time for them to communicate the steps and to get me a replacement was immaculate. If you’re gonna work with any company it’s this one. They were so kind and respectful and quick with their solution and exceeded expectations! You have a forever customer!

Awsome fire place

Awsome fire place and great customer service.
I Purchased a 72" wifi model in March.
After ordering online  it arrived very quickly.
I was in the middle of a remodel and was not able to install until April.
The install was simple but we discovered it would not turn on.
With a quick email to TURBRO, Britany responded very quickly.
After a few email exchanges she had me a replacement to my door within days.
I highly recommend TURBRO for their awsome customer service.

The selection of appliances is decent

The selection of appliances is decent, but I found the customer service lacking. Prices are competitive, yet the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming. Not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

Turbro sells one of the only inverter…impressed with Turbro’s products and customer service.

Turbro sells one of the only inverter ac units for an RV. The ordering process and delivery went smoothly. The installation was straightforward for a do-it-yourselfer.

My tests of the unit show that it is remarkably energy efficient and so far works flawlessly. It operates smoothly from a battery through a 2000 watt inverter.

I mistakenly also ordered a soft start unit which is not needed for the inverter unit. Turbro kindly walked me though the return options and I was able to get a refund.

I am impressed with Turbro’s products and customer service.

Won't honor warranty

Bought an AC unit from them, unit stopped working, contacted customer service before the one year warranty was over, followed all instructions. They took so long to reply my warranty expired and now they won't honor it.

I bought my fireplace/heater for my living room.

I bought my fireplace/heater for my living area after I used one in an Airbnb. I thought it would be perfect in our house. I ordered it and it arrived by the time I arrived from our vacation. It was perfect, it’s attractive and fit in our faux fireplace. It warms our living room and looks perfect too. After a few months it stopped working. I was worried and contacted customer service. They provided me support and gave me some troubleshooting before submitting a claim. The advice they gave worked! No need for a claim. My little fireplace works again. Very happy with the product and the customer service.
