The alpha tents are absolute garbage. Mine delaminated and cracked within a year and a half and had to be replaced, my parents had theirs replaced for the same reason and the second one both delaminated and cracked as well. Also my best friend had the smaller alpha tent crack right where the hinge is and also had his delaminate and they won’t even replace it anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

The paint is falling off of my Stealth tent after less then a year. customer service ghosted me because I don't have my order number.

I've been very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. I placed an order through a social media ad and fully expected to be put in a "block" of orders and shipment to take a significant amount of time. All products were packaged well and shipped in a day or two! I had my complete order at my doorstep in barely a week. I thought that was impressive considering the current commerce situation. I'll definitely be back.

Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

Great company to work with. Had damaged merchandise,sent email about the issue and in less than 10 hrs a company representative handled the problem. Shipped out another item of the same purchase before I returned the damaged product. That's called trust and quick response time on Tuff Stuff Overland. Thank you

Nothing but great things to say about Tuff Stuff Overland. From the order acknowledgment to the delivery date it was a great experience. Multiple emails with delivery date updates, explanations for delays, and instructions on how to handle the receipt of the item on delivery day.

Great RTT! After doing a lot of research we landed with the Alpha II. I defiantly prefer the hard shell vs soft, it makes the set up and tear down a breeze. The quality at this point seems good and we like the features this RTT offers. Compared to other RTT on the market the Alpha is offered at a great price point. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to offer driver or passenger hinge points. We mounted on OGT E2 (Trailer), the Kitchen and awning our located on passenger side. Yes, it is mounted backwards!

Great customer service! Answered questions and shipped the product in time for our trip. Excellent quality material and construction. We installed the Shade
Awning above the entry door on the side of a 1958 13foot Canned Ham shaped trailer. We did need to do a little modification on the installation.

First ever rooftop tent so I don't have a great point of comparison but I do spent a fair amount of time outside and this thing is rad. I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was than other rooftop tents and it seems very durable. I've used it twice so far and been very pleased. It's easy to put and take down, even the initial assembly was pretty easy. In fact, the installation manual was fantastic. Color photos, clean diagrams, plus clear and concise constructions. Very much appreciated. I can't see what else I would want or get out of a tent from another brand that costs 50-100% more. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. Had an issue (possibly my own mistake) with my order. Reached out to the crew at Tuff Stuff amd the issie was resolved, corrected amd replacement parts sent out. Couldnt have asked for bettee service
