My experience is similar to other reviews of the flosser and absolutely poor customer service. Flosser stop working, contacted customer service and they wanted a video. Well a video of a product that does not work does not show them what the root cause of the problem. Tuski then indicated that their warranty was not in effect because it was only meant as a marketing tool and had no real contractual value. Then they said no returns after 15 days. It took Tuski 15 days to respond to my complaint. I would never buy from this company again.

I ordered an embroidered wool beret some time ago, and I was pretty satisfied with the product. It was my first beret ever (I usually don't wear hats), and I have to say it's warm and soft and fits me well. The price was a bit high though to be honest, and I also had to pay for customs since I'm in the EU.

I purchased so many water flossers from this company TUSKI, i’ve had it for a couple of months I’ve used it and it was good. However, now, for some reason the tip came out, but there seems to be a piece stuck inside. I don’t know how it got stuck inside, but it’s stuck inside. I’ve been emailing and emailing the company to no avail, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I am 63 years old. I guess I just have to throw that unit out because I cannot get the tip out. Thank you, Tuski you’ve been such an “ amazing, responding customer service“and I will make sure that I put you on blast all over the social media for not answering my simple question!

My order's last movement was July 5th. I ordered on June 28th. I contacted the support team - they said it was due to 4th of July / Canada day holiday and that I just need to keep an eye on the tracking. Oh by the way, this is shipping to southeast asia. I guess I'll wait, I don't know, a few months...?

I just received my Corduroy Tsuki Cap and for the money I paid it's pretty bad. The quality is very poor... There are loose strings everywhere, the brim feels very rough in some places because it has been scraped during shipping (they used a simple plastic bag for international shipping) and it arrived dirty in its own scraped material. Also, the material feels very thin. Looking at it it feels like I bought it second-hand. For all I paid to get this I feel pretty scammed
Update: I talked with the customer service and they were pretty nice and offered to send me another one free of charge. I did "repair" the cap as much as I could and it looks pretty neat but still, receiving an item like this isn't very forgiving. I'd say they just need to fix their business a bit

I’ve been using this product for 3 1/2 months and it is already broken. I contacted customer service and they requested I send them a video, which I did.
Their warranty “guarantee” states they will replace or repair a broken product within one year. After I sent the video, Tuski replied with a link to Amazon to pay for and replace the broken part, myself. I sent them their warranty agreement which clearly states they will replace or repair their product and they wrote back saying their product is not damaged.
This water Flosser is made cheaply and their customer service is bad. I took time to send them what they asked for only to be told good luck fixing it yourself. I cannot recommend a product that breaks after only a few months and customer service does not adhere to their own warranty agreement.

I ordered something on Dec 2 (it has now been 20 days, 14 business days). They say it takes 5-10 business days for orders to ship out, and they clearly STRONGLY EMPHASIZE 10 days. I know everything is hectic with covid but i have never actually had a company take so long to ship out an order. since it "shipped out" there is still no tracking information, none of the couriers i have checked with match with my tracking number and customer service is completely useless. they are again very literal in their "up to 2 days" for a response from customer support, and there was no useful information (to which i had to email again and wait another 2 business days to hear back). if i get the clothes i will update with whether or not its worth it, but as of right now would seriously think twice about buying from them again. not to mention i live in canada too, and shipping from canadian warehouses has not taken longer than 5 days for me currently.
update: it has now been a month since i ordered and there is still no word on my order, there is nothing available when tracking and have not received an email back from customer service. i can now see why they dont take paypal, im pretty sure i just lost $200.

The website ordered 2 somehow and the company will not refund even though it had. Ot been opened. I’m not sure where they went to business school, but if your portal makes an error - you should refund the customer!

This is an update to my review from a few years ago. As one may imagine, a lot can change within a few years, and Tsuki is no exception.
First and foremost, I'll address the gripe that I had in my review from a few years back. I don't know if they've changed customer service agents or not, but the ones now are far more competent. Their response times are drastically faster, taking a day or two to respond, and are more helpful than before. So that's essentially the number one thing I had against Tsuki gone.
The sweatshirt itself was very warm and felt of high quality. I thought that the Tourist line was good but the Hokusai collaboration felt drastically better. The colour isn't as grey as you'd probably expect, it's more of a grey-light lilac purple hybrid, so if you're worried it'd look like sleepwear, don't worry. My only disappointment is that the sweatshirt already had very minor marks and pulls, which isn't visible to the naked eye and is small, but still a bit disappointing. It also kind of stunk - not to the extent that I had to wash it immediately, but it's enough for you to pull a face if you take a whiff.
As some others has stated, expect long delivery times, especially if you're not from Europe. For me it took nearly a month, but at the very least, from what I could gauge, it'd take at least two weeks to arrive in most countries including from within Europe. Take this with a grain of salt, though.
Overall, I'm pleasantly satisfied with Tsuki. It has certainly improved a lot since the Tourist line and, barring minor manufacturing issues, is a brand that I'd recommend.

Let me start off by saying I’ve had Japanese cuisine in many different countries around the world including Japan itself, so I was once again sceptical about another restaurant that boasts authentic Japanese culture, customs and cuisines. But as I write I can tell you now that it was Amazing.
From the moment we entered the restaurant we met with two very faces and warm glow from the food hall. The waitress seated up and in detail quickly began to eased our nervousness at the vast selection of food on offer. After making our first selections we then began to take in experience that is Tsuki. The restaurant gives off a modern yet contemporary vibe with bright colours and amazing effects.
Swiftly our first order arrives and man-o-man was it an explosion of taste. Then shortly after our second selection arrived and I can honestly say this selection almost threw my experience into overdrive.
Ok so here comes the best bit, the overall ratings.

Have ordered a shirt, hoodie, t-shirt and cap in total.
Have to give big cred for the quality and the environmental thought given to the process of making them.
The Over sized Hoodie is my absolute favorite.
It is expensive though and the shipping takes a very long time. Don't be surprised if you have to wait between 2-4 months. Not for the impatient or poor.
Customer service is OK. They send massages of when the product is being shipped and a tracking link. Have not had any problems with the shipping.
Love the clothes and the founders.

Pre-ordered and it was very delayed which is understandable during the pandemic, but I received no information during the delays, no tracking, no shipping confirmation, etc. and when I finally received it it was too small and very poor quality definitely not worth the 120 USD I payed.

Ya I'll have to give this a 1 star. The quality of the product was very poor (just terrible) and for the price I paid I can't help but feel disappointed and scammed. Products are gorgeous but made of very cheap material. I had a button fall of as soon as I took it out of the bag and I'm positive the color will fade a lot after the first wash. I love pewds but I won't be ordering from Tsuki market again :(

Great customer service. When I contacted them, that my order is taking way to long than expected, they quickly apologized and included an extra pair of socks :) don't know if it was just a mistake but I was still left happy with the experience

Pre-ordering for vast amounts of money and it takes them over half a year to ship when it should've been 3 months. No communication over the delay just hoping the hoodie is any good when it arrives.

Ordered a shirt, waited a while, noticed there was an issue with the delivery, contacted their customer service to ask about it, and it was fixed then and there with no further issues, and compensation was offered. Compared to how I often experience customer services this was an extremely fast and pleasant experience!
