(2) Moringa with Water…and wowza!!

I take (2) Moringa with a large glass of water as soon as I get up in the morning. Later I take other vitamins etc and do the coffee and muffin for breakfast. And I feel lean and mean and lighter and alert. All day long. Love it. And I have friends who are ordering because they say I look "brighter."

Just been a week but totally satisfied and improving.

Received product in a timely fashion and have been completely satisfied with its performance. It has matched all the reviews I have read. Third week and having some good…

Third week and having some good changes. It's like mini light bulbs going on when I realize I feel better and I don't know if this is one thing morning helps with, but I haven't had a bladder leak or accident in almost two weeks. All bathroom habits have improved. Can't wait for more happy surprises.

Customer service for this company is a complete scam

I did not realize this was a subscription until I ordered my first order. I have plenty of product and like to first try and see the benefits before subscribing to anything/like being in control of being able to order the product at a need basis. The customer service ignored my cancellation request email and has been replying to each of my requests with a generic auto message regarding their product. I have emailed them 4 times and have been trying to cancel this subscription for almost 5 days at this point. This is sketchy and really concerning because I hate that there is nothing I can do. What kind of site doesn’t have options to cancel or modify an order. And when a company has a nonexistent customer service it should not be a company for anyone. At this point I regret even giving them a try.

Update post their response: they quickly respond on the review site as if they are willing and happy to help asap and yet still do not respond to my email. So again as of EOD 7/5 still no resolution. I will continue updating my review until resolved for future people to avoid being scammed by them too.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

So far, so bad. I have been interested in trying this product for a while now. However, the experience I am having has been sub par at best. The advertising was a bogo offer so I said what the heck. Once I was on the website no where could I find the bogo offer. I decided to try to buy 2 get 2 at $15.13 a bottle. I added to my cart and added my payment information. I could not find the total anywhere. I did not push thru to pay yet and was interrupted with ads trying to get me to buy more for a higher price. I declined but immediately after I received another pop up offer to buy more, this time at a lower price. I still had not finalized my order. At this point I was extremely frustrated. I went back on my phone to make sure I hadn't finalized my purchase. It did not appear or confirm that I had finalized my purchase so I closed the open application on my phone and moved on.
Well, not so much. I checked my email later and saw a confirmation email that I spent $75 on this product. I immediately tried to call but could not get a person. I sent a very clear email asking to cancel my order, provide a refund and I provided all the necessary info/ order #, etc. A day later I received an email back - like it was a robot. The reply completely ignored everything I told them and all I formation I provided. The reply email was asking me if I wanted to push back my subscription timeline. SUBSCRIPTION? I had not even completed my order online, I was charged $75 and now you're telling me they have a subscription also. I am furious at this point. Again, I sent back an email response reiterating everything I previously mentioned and added in that I did not want a subscription. Again the reply came in ignoring both emails and all information. I responded again. This time she confirmed my subscription was cancelled, however did not address canceling the purchase I did not authorize, again ignoring my request for refund. Now here we are almost a week later and the product arrives. The product I never authorized payment, purchase or subscription for. Now I have to go through the hassle AGAIN of trying to get someone to process a return and returning the product I do not want. I do not live in a rural area and will now have to fight to find out the return and refund process. This has been the worst experience EVER.

I never received the product

I keep getting messages asking how I like the order, but I never received the order. I sent a message to the support email, but other than getting a reply email stating they will get back to me, I never heard from them!!
