STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the second review I've had to write about their terrible service as they have again refused to respond. I initially wrote one review to talk about my poor experience and they emailed me to say they would send me a replacement on the condition that I removed my negative review. When I said that I would only remove it once the replacement had been sent they said that they could not send it until I had removed the review - terribly unethical! They are clearly flooding the reviews here with fake 5 stars. Some of the reviews are even completely identical! All I want is for them to honour their 1 year warranty and send me my replacement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BE WARNED!
