Complete Criminal SCAM!
Complete disappointment and scam of a company. Just like everyone here prior "Truxos.com" scammed me out of employment promising a $3200 check after a 30 day probationary period. They got everyone good...to the point they even had tax documents for us to sign up with exposing all out confidential information. I personally spent funds from my pockets for various materials, that was also supposed to be reimbursed and not a dime came back, I'm completely outta of on hand funds due to expectation of funds and now left unemployed because someone decided to scam innocent working people, it is truly a shame. This company is 100% a scam and the numbers, the website, the emails have all vanished and we are all left here with no further actions. I wish action would be taken for everyone involved in this CRIMINAL SCAM.

Add me to the list of those who took the bait. Like those of you who have posted here before me, I was hired under the same 30 day probationary period (by Harley Buckner, HR Manager), signed a contract, completed a W9 (including my SSN), "trained under Skylar Dawson", received a glowing congratulatory email from Suzanne Large (Payroll Manager) stating "your check is in the mail".
Now a month later, no check, no one available to reach via phone, email, and no website, no CRM login for the past month, etc.
I would love to report them, but at this point, not sure how or to whom. I am more concerned about them being in possession of person info, and what they may or may not do with it.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Please do not work for them. I never got paid either. 30 probation period and still waiting on my check. They said they sent it, I requested another check and still have not received it. I contacted them and they did not reply to my emails nor phone calls. Their names are Harley Buck, Skyler Dawson and Suzanne, who is their payroll manager. They owe me 3700.00 and I want it. Today I am filing a wage complaint with the Labor Commission office.

I'm a small startup selling premium…
I'm a small startup selling premium electronic gadgets like noise-cancelling headphones. While Truxos did manage to get my orders out, there were a couple of instances where stock discrepancies led to some back ordered items. I had to manually adjust inventory and recheck shipments on my own. Their customer service was decent but wasn't as responsive as I'd hoped. For a startup, these little delays and communication gaps are tough to manage. I think they can do better.

I have to admit, my experience with Truxos has been frustrating. While they do manage to ship orders quickly, I've had issues with inventory tracking. I sell apparel, and there have been multiple occasions where my stock counts were wrong, leading to backorders and customer complaints. I raised the issue with them, but it took too long for them to investigate. By the time the issue was resolved, it caused unnecessary delays, and I lost sales. Everything went mostly fine, but I had some unexpected challenges. The packaging process was smooth, and the communication at first was solid. However, once the shipments left, I noticed a few packages had tracking issues. Some of my backers had no idea where their items were, and it took a couple of days for support to resolve the problem. I wish they'd been more proactive in providing updates on where the packages were instead of me constantly following up. Overall, it was okay, but transparency could've been better.
