Getting a bad feeling this company is a scam. I have my son’s car scheduled for a pickup today and no one has contacted me in days. I have left 4 voicemails and have sent 10 texts without a response. I deposited $200 with this company for pickup and they are ghosting me. Hopefully, I’m wrong, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Charlie at Trustline exceeded my expectations. From the initial quote to final delivery, he maintained excellent communication and handled every detail with care. He made the entire process easy to understand and completely stress-free. My vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company, and I urge everyone to STAY AWAY from Trustline Carriers.

I booked transport for two cars from Birmingham, AL to North Liberty, IA. They initially confirmed $1,000 total ($500 per car), and I signed a formal agreement. Then, just ONE HOUR AFTER the scheduled pickup time, they called to say:

❌ "No driver is available, unless you pay $1,600 instead."

That’s a 60% price hike sprung on me after the agreed time. It was pure extortion under pressure. I had no choice but to accept the $1,600 deal they suddenly offered—after deliberately wasting my time and locking me into their bait-and-switch trap.

And it didn’t stop there:

❌ No driver showed up on time.

❌ Zero professional communication.

❌ Customer service used aggressive, rude, even nasty language.

❌ My original $200 was kept despite the clear breach of agreement.

This is not just bad business—it’s predatory and dishonest. They knowingly misled me, breached their own contract, and tried to take advantage of my urgent timeline. I have the signed contracts and timestamps to prove it.

Do yourself a favor: don’t trust your car, your time, or your sanity to Trustline Carriers.

First of all I'd like to say trust line carriers did an amazing job they were very professional they took your time to learn about my needs I was going to use them a couple of months ago for my daughter's graduation unfortunately things came around and I did not get a chance to send it what I wanted to I told him Louis that I would keep his number because he gave me a great price and I appreciate all the time he took anyway a couple months later I called him up again and I sent the car to my daughter for her graduation she's very happy when I do reviews I tell you exactly how it is if you're great everybody knows if you're bad everybody knows who everybody knows me they know what I mean anyway I really trust them they did a great job the driver was very nice took his time I tried to send pictures before but unfortunately it did not load up I don't know why anyway just want to let you know thank you for everything Mr Gambino for being a part of our family

This is my second time using Trustline Carriers. When I needed another one of my vehicles shipped, I knew who I wanted to do business with. Charlie was very awesome to work with. Class act. After trying to find a shippers for my car and not having much success, I was contacted by Charlie at Trustline Carriers. He found me a transporter that day. They picked up the next day and delivered it safe and sound 2 days later. Everybody from Charlie, to dispatcher, to delivery driver, were pleasant, helpful and professional. I will definitely use Trustline again and highly recommend other do too! ps: What a neat rig!!

Great experience…communication could have been just a tad better but Charlie Davis still made sure we got the right equipment and personnel for the job. Was a little skeptical at first as we have never shipped a vehicle/motorcycle. From the time it was picked up, until it was delivered by a very kind gentleman, we felt really good about our decision. Certainly will keep this number for future deliveries!

Signed a contract for $850 for my vehicle to be picked up. The day it was to be picked up was told they didn't have a driver and a new driver wanted more money. They wouldn't budge on this and left my car sit over 1600 miles away. Apparently even if you have a contract that is signed it means nothing. I was made to sign a new contract for $1200. This company is a scam. Stay away from them, they will rip you off any chance they can get and don't stick to their word.
