I responded to the slick video ads and what looked like a professional website. The 15% discount on first orders. Many of the images showed very good quality jerseys. That is where the illusion ends. As soon as you hit the pay button, you are in the dark. There is no email confirmation, and any tracking is buried in their website, hard to find. My two items showed up, neither one as advertised. One jersey had two different colors of green; the sleeves and body did not match. The windbreaker description said "Embroidered shield" and it was an iron-on. I asked how to return because of their 30-day return policy. I was asked to provide them with the same information 3 times. They sent a screen shot of a different company's return policy, saying they did not accept returns because international shipping is expensive. I repeatedly asked them to honor their policy and they would send another irrelevant information request. They never acknowledged the 30-day return policy clearly listed on their site. Their last email said "we cannot do anything about 'custom made' clothing, you can resell." It too three weeks for the shipment to arrive (reasonable) followed by two weeks of stringing me along. The lesson here is to order from so called "Trusted" Jersey at your own risk. Once you pay you are at their mercy and you have no recourse.

Ordered a jersey got no response no confirmation email back. I tried msging them MANY times on WhatsApp & Instagram, Zero response. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea where my jersey is. This is very disturbing.

I was doubting the website at first because of some of the reviews but I still decided to purchase a jersey. It took about a month for the jersey to arrive and it came pretty good. There are a few stitching issues but it’s not noticeable. Overall I could see myself buying from this website again.

If you love football shirts this is your ideal site, with excellent quality in product at an acceptable price you will not be disappointed. The layout of the website is easy to navigate and pleasant on the eye. The varying options from to retro to current, domestic club, to internationals, and youth to adult varieties are brilliant.

They mislead with the prices even when it says AUD they charge in USD and charged me 40 bucks + foreign exchange fee the bank charged me instead of the 27 i was supposed to pay. That is not even that big of an issue but they have no customer service and all my texts are being ghosted even they are posting regularly on Instagram. i was expecting a confirmation email but that never came either and now i have no tracking or confirmation for my order even though i put down my email in the order

This website is an absolute scam and their “customer service” is a complete joke. My order never arrived because of an address issue, yet USPS tracking proves they got the package back — but these clowns lie straight to your face and say they never received it. I’ve been spamming them nonstop on WhatsApp and email, and their so-called “support” couldn’t care less. Zero help, zero respect, just a bunch of pathetic excuses and blatant incompetence. They’re wasting people’s time and money on purpose. If you want to get ripped off and deal with the worst customer service imaginable, go ahead and order here. Otherwise, run far, far away from this nightmare.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two jerseys, and one arrived damaged with a burn mark. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept ignoring my explanation and insisting I clean it, even after I clearly stated it was not dirt but actual damage.

After multiple follow-ups and sending photo evidence, they offered me a $5 coupon instead of replacing or refunding the damaged item. When I refused, they asked irrelevant questions like whether the package was damaged, completely disregarding my previous messages.

It has been over a week, and I’m still going in circles with no resolution. Avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk receiving a defective product with no real support. I'll be filing a chargeback.
