Best decision ever!
We had 2 older cats that had gotten sick so when we adopted two to bring joy back into our lives the first thing we did was get insurance. One of our kiddies injestwd a foreign object and had to have surgery. Trupanion was fantastic and paid 80%. Best decision ever!

Trupanion is right on top of things...
I went to a new vet for Ozzy and it was a good experience, although expensive with shots and running different tests. When I checked out they already knew I had Trupanion Pet Insurance and had already submitted my bill to the company. So when I went to pay my bill Trupanion had already notified my vet what portion they would pay for which was very helpful. I didn't have to pay the whole bill and wait for Trupanion to reimburse me which I appreciate very much.

We were faced with a second CCL repair, on top of a high bill and extreme worry about our pittie having to face surgery. A big relief came when the vet office staff asked us of me have Trupanion. Once they knew, all the extra worry about how to manage the bill, just disappeared. When we adopted Hazel, CPR rescue signed us up for Trupanion, it was the absolute best decision we ever had made for the care of our furbaby. We can now concentrate on Hazel's recovery, without the stress of cost. Thank you so much, you guys are great!!!

The choice was clear!!
Being able to help my little dachshund, Theo, with his back injury without the added stress of how to pay, was worth it’s weight in gold!!
First, Theo went to an emergency vet who recommended a specialist vet. So we go to the specialist vet who needed an MRI which revealed a need for serious back surgery. With this heartbreaking condition I didn’t have the added worry of the financial
stress. I filed my claims and received my reimbursement within a few days.
