I wish I had discovered ZYLOND WAYS. sooner since I would be happier now that the platform is a godsend. This is a classic example of a bad platform they have nothing nice to offer here.

Great customer service and fast transfers.

Last year( June 2024) I applied for a USD account in Truly financial, I submitted my application on line along with my documents. Their responsive and highly professional customer service arranged a zoom call with me and it was good. Ever since I had a very good experience. Recently when they changed their partner bank, I reached out to them and I was given a new USD account the same day. The money in the previous account that I didn't have access to has also been transferred for me to the new account. I encourage you to reach out to their customer service if you have any questions or anything for quick resolution.

Funds still blocked after 3 weeks – no access, no response

I opened an account with Truly Financial and initially things seemed fine.
However, after receiving a message saying that my USD account would be migrated by April 22, I lost access to my funds. That was almost a month ago.

Since then, I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I’ve only received vague answers like “the team is working on it.”
No specific timeline. No one taking responsibility.

My funds are still unavailable. I was never notified clearly in advance, and I never expected this level of disorganization from a financial service.

Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one in this situation.
Very disappointing experience. Hope this gets resolved soon — but at this point, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Truly Financial

My experience with Truly Financial has been splendid. I've been using the platform for my LLC for over a year now. And receiving and withdrawing funds has always been smooth, within 2 days max. I'm a small business owner and don't hold large funds anyway. But I'm surprised by these negative reviews. The platform recently transitioned to another banking provider. Even the transition was smoothly done within 1-2 weeks, without any hold up for my business. I don't write reviews often, but I had to counter these negative reviews. I can see that some of them are AI generated and others (like those mentioning hundreds of thousands without any litigation process) are scammy or fake at best.

I went to sign up for a truly financial…

I went to sign up for a truly financial account and they cannot even respond to me about my application. Their website says 1-2 business days and as of today its two weeks since I put my application inquiry in. If it takes this long to get an answer on my application I could only imagine on what would happen to my funds

Organized Fraud

This is the worst financial crime perpetrated by a financial institution. We opened accounts for our businesses and made the first deposits from other accounts belonging to us in another financial institution which were being closed. These guys asked for plethora of documents and information in relation to the payments which were provided and suddenly they stopped responding to my emails. They further went ahead to disable my account log in details without a word from them. I have copied their regulatory bodies (FINCRA and FINCEN) and banking partners in my email. We are certainly proceeding to institute a suit against them and their service providers to recover our $400,000.00 from these criminals.

Thief, fraudster, swindler, grifter

In an era where digital banking and cryptocurrencies are advancing rapidly, it’s crucial for financial services to operate efficiently. Unfortunately, Truly Financial fails spectacularly in this regard. When it comes to processing payments, the wait times are utterly unacceptable—sometimes stretching to two, three, or even four months. This archaic approach is reminiscent of the earliest days of banking, not what we expect in today's fast-paced financial environment.

I am compelled to write this review due to my horrendous experience with Truly Financial over the past year. My funds were held up for months, causing immense stress and frustration. I even lost hope, fearing my money was gone for good. Despite endless back-and-forth communications with the CEO and customer care, the treatment I received was unprofessional and unethical.

A year ago, I left a similar review, but it mysteriously disappeared. It appears Truly Financial has the power to remove low-star reviews, which is deeply concerning. Upon revisiting the review section, I found numerous comments from others who have been scammed, highlighting severe issues within the company.

Customers are left fighting for their money, experiencing significant financial losses and business disruptions. The situation is dire and compounded by the fact that many of these operations seem to be run by individuals based in India, who exploit the system without repercussions. This is a disheartening reflection on the industry and the authorities' ability to regulate such activities.

I urge anyone considering Truly Financial to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

Scammer

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Truly Financial at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to ensure others do not fall into the same trap.

I deposited $250,000 into my Truly Financial account, thinking it would facilitate easier payments to my suppliers and subcontractors due to their EFT services. This turned out to be a terrible mistake. The funds stayed in the account for three months, during which I received countless excuses from an unprofessional representative named Kumar, who could barely communicate in English. He repeatedly claimed that the money was tied up with the compliance department of Digital Commerce Bank.

For several months, I did not receive any business statements, which used to arrive promptly at the beginning of each month. This lack of transparency indicated that Truly Financial was likely misusing client funds. It seems they operate a scheme where they use new customer deposits to pay off older obligations, creating a constant delay for everyone.

Truly Financial's operations appear to be a significant scam. They exploit the connection with Digital Commerce Bank to mislead customers about the safety and availability of their funds. This setup allows them to hold onto and use clients' money, creating a precarious situation for all involved.

After reading numerous reviews and comments from others, it is clear that I am not alone in this experience. Many have suffered due to their unethical practices. Truly Financial is a dangerous company, and their actions could lead to severe financial losses for their clients.

I urge everyone to avoid this company and spread the word about their fraudulent activities. Regulatory authorities need to investigate their practices to protect other businesses and individuals from falling victim to this scam. Stay away from Truly Financial and safeguard your hard-earned money.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed - Zero Stars

I’ve been a customer of Truly Financial for nearly two years, and it has been a terrible mistake. I was never satisfied from the start, but I gave them a second chance, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, this decision led to even worse outcomes.

For over six weeks, a substantial sum of money has been held without explanation or transparency. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, the CEO and customer care have been unresponsive and indifferent. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I would strongly suggest against signing up with Truly Financial. They pose a significant risk to your business due to their unclear processes and poor customer service. This situation has severely impacted both my business and personal life, as I’ve had to cover business expenses from my personal funds.

Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid Truly Financial if you value your business's future.

Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Funds Issue

Over five weeks ago, I received a substantial payment from my lawyer into my Truly Financial account. Since then, my experience with Truly Financial has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s a detailed account of my ordeal:

1. **Initial Payment Issues:**
- The payment arrived, but when I attempted to use the funds to pay suppliers, the transaction failed.
- I then tried to transfer the funds to my local business account, but that transaction also failed.

2. **Lack of Communication and Support:**
- Since these failed transactions, my account and the funds have essentially vanished.
- I have attempted to contact Truly Financial through multiple channels:
- **WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, direct calls, FaceTime, and online appointment scheduling.**
- Every attempt has been ignored, and all scheduled appointments have been canceled without explanation.

3. **Current Status:**
- It has now been over five weeks with no resolution or clear information on the status of my funds.
- Truly Financial’s complete lack of response and accountability is unacceptable.

**Message to Truly Financial:**

I am publicly stating that the service provided by Truly Financial is highly unprofessional and disorganized. The company’s failure to address critical issues and communicate effectively with its clients is appalling. As a result, I am warning potential new customers about the severe risks associated with using Truly Financial.

I urge Truly Financial to:
- Immediately address my issue and release the funds that rightfully belong to me.
- Ensure open and transparent communication with affected clients.
- Demonstrate accountability and integrity in handling financial transactions.

**Conclusion:**

I will continue to share my experience at every opportunity, including conferences at conventions of truly financial, until this matter is resolved. Truly Financial must take responsibility for their actions and provide the service they claim to offer.
