I truly love Truly beauty products
I really love Truly beauty products and I have usually bought them at retail stores that sell them or sellers on Poshmark and eBay so this was my first time buying directly from Truly and I am very happy with the products I ordered but I did have trouble tracking my delivery updates because the tracking never moved just stayed stuck in the same place without progressing so I had to reach out to customer service to find out the updates and delivery date of my purchase which was a little frustrating so all in all I love the products but the shipping and delivery tracking can use some improvement

However, without your purchase authorization, you receive an email confirming the purchase order and they debit your account. That's too bad. Because it's not a subscription, it was just a purchase.

Keep taking money from your credit card
I ordered one order of products from Truly and paid with my credit card for a Xmas gift. They have continued to charge the same amount to my credit card every month. I have tried cancelling via their social media page, website, email, etc.
no luck.
I’m going to have to cancel my credit card to stop them stealing from me.

Very Disappointing – Spoiled Product and No Accountability
I placed an order with Truly Beauty on November 25, 2024, including over $200 in products, one being Buns of Glowry, which we’ve purchased before and liked. This time, the product was first opened late December and smelled great, 2.5 months later and the scent was completely off—rancid and putty-like instead of the usual fragrance. It was clearly spoiled.
I reached out via their website. Their response (pasted below) blamed natural ingredient variation and cited a 60-day return window—even though they also claim their products last 6 months after opening. The product was well within that window. Regardless, they refused to replace it.
We’re now throwing out more than half a jar of a product that is not usable, and Truly Beauty is unwilling to make it right. Their tone was dismissive and robotic, showing no genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
After researching more about their products, I also found that many do not meet common clean ingredient standards on independent product safety apps.
While their branding is visually appealing, the actual product didn’t hold up, and neither did their customer service. At this price point, I expect a company to stand behind their products and support customers who’ve spent hundreds of dollars with them.
Sadly, I won’t be shopping here again—and I encourage others to look into the product quality and service policies before buying.
