I opened an account after 30 minutes. I didn’t like the app and rates. I request refunds and they gave me a hard time. They don’t even answer the phone. They not even cancel it. They are another fraud company

Unfair credit scores
They just reduced our credit score in the system when we called to get a better one because our safety scores got better. They give good ratings to all brokers, and keep reducing the ratings of carriers, so the board is full of scammer, robber brokers and good rated new unexperienced drivers!

These people will sell your phone number. I just got a new phone line and have only used it to sign up with this load board. Now, I am getting spam calls all day long. My new phone number is RUINED!

Received an email from Truckstop…
Received an email from Truckstop stating I could try Truckstop Pro for free for 30 days. When I called to redeem the free trial Truckstop support stated that the email was not from them. I told them that the link took me straight to the site and I knew it was their official site because I used Truckstop for over 4 years but they did not honor the promo. Seems like they have resorted to phishing carriers to sign up with them.

I subscribed to the truck stop load board and then I was convinced to buy the dat one load board as well. All of the loads that I saw on truck stop were also on DAT one and dat one is cheaper by $110 per month. So I decided to cancel truck stop. When they emailed me saying that my payment was going to come out soon I replied to the email telling them to cancel. This was 5 days before the new billing cycle. They decided to continue billing me because they don't monitor the billing email. One star. Stay away from this company. They deserve to go out of business. I am mad

Truckstop I've used off and on for 3 years, In the beginning they were pretty good for about a year, now they are horrible, Brokers posting same loads over and over at garbage rates, and Truckstop allows it, instead of kicking the load off the board, Truckstop is for the brokers not the Owner Operators, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

In the last two or three years truckstop is really went downhill allowing double broke green and very bad Players to post loads they do not check their people out. Do yourself a favor check out any company that you use on Google? What happened to you Truckstop? And why do I have to search around the Internet to find a place to leave reviews? Why don’t you put it right up front where people can see it?

Do Not Use Truckstop Factoring
Truckstop offers “Non-recourse with no time limit, so you get paid even if the broker doesn’t pay.” This is a complete LIE and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! If the broker doesn’t pay within 42 days Truckstop will recover the amount by not paying out future factored loads until the entire amount is recovered. They do not offer any solutions or suggestions on how to collect from the broker, nor will they give you an extension for you to try to reach out to the broker for payment. Our company has factored with TruckStop since 2021, they do not care about their clients. Not to mention, they do not return the factoring fees incurred when they recover the amount from you. If you have to use factoring, find a company that cares and will fight for you. Truckstop is not it!

My insurance company emailed my COI to the email addresses of RMIS and truckstop has many times.
No reply. No feedback. No status update.
I just waited on hold for over 2 hours. This is at least 5th time I tried to call them during the last few days.
Why I waited for over 2 hours? Because I wanted to make sure they do not answer the phone. They do not.
They do not answer to emails. They just ignore all ways to contact them.
I tried calling truckstop to connect to RMIS and they gave the same
number I've been calling and they transfer me to the same line which I
waited on hold for over 2 hours today and before when I called them.
Also, during the waiting time, automated voice says: to receive a call back press pound blablabla... I
tried several times. They never called me back.
This is not something that they are trying to fix. They are getting
worse. They are not helping companies that work with them, but the opposite. They are ruining our relationship and your business model.
I am unable to work with my dispatchers, as, most likely hundreds of other companies / drivers.
