Thank you to you I just received my jacuzzi and I am delighted it is even prettier than I thought the options seem to me really at the top I just have to put it in water to see its effectiveness, in all case I wanted to thank you because I did not expect to receive such a nice spa. Thank you very much also to the saleswoman who knew how to advise me well and who was very nice I will also send you an email to recommend her because she was really very pleasant. Despite the coronavirus period you have always answered my questions and this is not the case for all companies, that is why I wanted to give you a positive comment because really I am fully satisfied with your company I do not will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Warning: Tropic Spa is a fraudulent company.

In 2018, we bought a Jacuzzi from this company in France. A week before their delivery, they informed me that they had sold the product I had ordered and paid to another customer. They offered me the same product, but in a different color.

Of course, I was very unhappy with that, but we needed our project to be finished. So I accepted the same product but in white instead of blue against a slight compensation of 250 EUR.

However, after many attempts to troubleshoot the product because we thought that two of the pumps were not working, we discovered that TropicSpa had delivered a much cheaper model without two of the three pumps of the model I ordered. Thus, not only was the color different, but the product was also of a much lower quality.

I immediately complained, but TropicSpa never replied to any of my emails.

TropicSpa is therefore not only an incompetent company, but also a fraudulent company, to which everyone should stay away from.
