Kendal made the experience great. We had a lengthy discussion about 2 upcoming trips and the kind of insurance we should have. I'm very concerned about traveling in Europe or outside the US without coverage. We've experience a medical evac off a ship and a friend recently tumble-down rock stairs requiring 2 nights in the hospital in Spain. Talking this over with Kendal he offered insurance that would definitely cover such experiences if they should occur. It's one thing to have to deal with a medical emergency, but to find out you are not covered and now it's out of pocket is a very scary thought. I appreciate Kendal listening to my concerns and for offering insurance that will take care of us. He is very good and I will contact him again for trips we have scheduled in the future.
