Never again very deceiving company

Trash company paid alot of money for a real solid gold name pendant and the sent me a fake chain with a real name plate luckily I'm a jeweler so I test it and it was gold over silver reach out they basically said o well. So sad because I ordered dozens of 925 silver ones never had a problem till I ordered the gold one

Jewelry is garbage

I would not recommend these products. Our product was worn one time and was discolored. Ordered a number '1' for the chain and it looked like a fat upside down letter 'L'
They do not stand by their product and will not refund you. All around a huge disappointment and I'm still kicking myself for buying from this company.

PS. As a response to your comments - "Never heard back" is laughable. We went back and forth more times than I can count on my fingers via email as I requested a refund which you said no many times (photos included).
I don't want another piece of crappy jewelry, I want a refund. Do not say you never heard back from me.
